Never stat there again

Location

Very loud. Broken window in room so was freezing cold and very noisy. When we arrived there was a towel rapped around window opening handles so the problem was known about and that was there way to fix it

Stay if no alternative

Crisp bedsheets and Ok pillows. Bed was Ok. Shower room was clean.

Noisy room, window was shaky, main door was stuck, lacustre and worn out room decor, lacked basic furniture, dirty sticky carpet, TV had no remote, most switches in the room didn't work, horrible looking reception, horrible lift. No heating during the evening or night time.

Overpriced & very noisy- only stay if you’re going out clubbing & need a central bed

I booked this hotel for its location which is great. Nice bathroom.

I expected noise from other reviews but it was continuous- really loud before I left the room at 7pm & I arrived back 2am & it still continued. I was on 3rd floor & needed earplugs provided but still the music disrupted my sleep. One of the white towels provided was dirty with make up marks from another guest. No bedside tables for water/phone etc. No bar or restaurant facilities on site which I would expect for the cost of the room which was not cheap.

Disappointing

Location was good

The room was so bare, just a bed and a chair with no bed side tables. It's as if they don't expect that people are going to actually use the room. There were no light bulbs in the bedside lights which meant we couldn't use those. The room was quite cold even with the radiator on. The noise was expected but they really could do something about the windows as they were paper thin which also probably contributed to how cold it was

Wouldn't repeat again

The location is good, centered in town.

The rooms were very poor in quality, looks nothing like in the pictures. Beds were very uncomfortable, and I don't know what to say about the cleanness of the room. Had zits pop up all over my face( I haven't had any in a very long time, which surprised the hell out of me) after sleeping on those bedsheets for one night. Staff was super nice but everything else was a letdown.

Cheap and cheerful in a location with a good buzz

It was very convenient for what I needed . Noise forecast on site did not materialise.

Water in shower hard to adjust and I found it too cold for me. Room temperature was okay once I turned off radiator

We enjoyed our stay here and would come back.

Hotel is on a street lots of pubs, food places and shops close by. There is a club that is attached to the property in all honesty as soon as my head hit the pillow i heard nothin (i was so drunk tho) but my friends who wasn’t as much as me said they had a great sleep aswell they used ear plugs provided. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was comfortable and clean

I was prepared for the noise of the night club and street outside. However the firealarm was intermittently going off for a few hours. Smoke alarm flashing in my room. No communication from staff. Tried calling reception a number of times. Phone never answered. 7.30am drill was operating outside bedroom window on ground floor.

Was given the room and once entered it wasn’t cleaned, beds unmade, dirty towels in bathroom. Requested for the 1 double bed and 1 single bed but got 3 singles.

Excellent location

Room was clean , 3 guests with 3 single beds, it is noisy from the club downstairs (we were on 3rd floor)but we were told when we booked, so we knew what to expect. Kettle & hairdryer in the room. Excellent location

Not worth the low cost due to noise disturbance.

Rooms are fine for the price. Nice that they have rooms for 3 people. Rooms were clean.

Very much noise disturbance from the pubs and clubs below, which resulted in no sleep until 3 AM. Hotel only mentioned the noise after completing the booking. Costs are pretty low but not worth the noise unless you are going to be clubbing yourself till 3 AM.

Man on receptionist was the rudest I’ve ever experienced and so unhelpful , don’t expect to sleep till at least 3 in the morning especially if you are in a room at the back of the property due to the music

Ok, I knew about the noise as they advised me when I booked. I was street facing on a Sat night, so that's the worst noise you will probably get They supplied ear plugs, but they did not block out all of the noise. Luckily, I bought my own plugs ( flexible and have steps in them), and they did the job. Would recommend using this type of ear plugs if you go there

Satisfying stay, only for sleeping

Overall, it was a good stay. Ir was really quiet during the week. There’s a pub right next to the hotel, but it’s not really a problem for sleep. The hotel provides earplugs anyways.

The floor is made of carpet, and it was full of stains from previous guests. Also, the doors don’t close really well, so you need to check it well before sleeping.

Comfortable hotel in a great area

Spacious room, lovely shower, short walk to city centre and the bus stop is right outside the hotel, 24 hour reception. Also fewer tourists than the Temple Bar area

Excellent location

Excellent location, in city centre, everything is at the door steps a few min walk away, from main city attractions to offices, public transportation, shops and restaurants. The hotel decor is really pretty, room spacious and comfy. The staff was really welcoming and friendly, very present. I overall loved it.

Honestly nothing, I love it. We were warned the hotel is above a club,but I have heavy sleep so was not a problem. The playlist of the club are lit👌 so we actually enjoyed the music in background while chilling.

The location was pretty solid and central to our other activities in Dublin.

The lobby was strange and not what is pictured on the website. The lobby felt like a low-budget Motel 6 with no charm, character or welcoming appeal. The room was also way too hot with little ventilation.

Good location for fair price!

Nice space in a walking distance to Temple Bar and the castle. Lively nightlife all around, for younger adults!

Parking. Involved a 10 minute walk and 31 Euros after the hotel discount. Above a night club. We were on third floor so the music noise was manageable, but maybe insist on a higher floor.

The bus stop was right outside the hotel if you wanted to go into town bus to airport and everything you needed was on Camden street

A once off, not to be repeated.

The location was very central and cleanliness was pretty good.

The Male receptionist was very rude. The room had no window which is definitely a fire safety issue. The kettle base had a ridiculously short lead and there was no socket point near any flat surface. This meant that if you plugged in the kettle base it was left dangling against the wall which meant it was totally unusable. There were no bedside lockers. No one on reception to let us in when we returned at about 11.45, some staff member just happened to be going out and almost let the door close, didn't even ask us if we were staying there.

Room was clean and spacious.

Absolutely horrible location. Located in the middle of a pub and a nightclub with absolutely zero soundproofing. We had our own high—quality earplugs with us by chance but even that did nothing to quiet the noise outside after dark. We also tried to ask for a second set of pillows for the bed and were told by reception that this was not possible because housekeeping had gone home and reception did not keep their own keys to the store cupboard, which seems a bit ridiculous to me.
