    Although we are warned during booking that there's a lot of noise from the nightclub downstairs, it really is like you're at a rave! it sounds as though it's in the next room and went on until 03:40am, even fire alarms being set off multiple times during the night from dj's smoke machine! Couldnt leave the window open because of this and bear in mind we were in the middle of THAT heatwave at the time! it was very warm in the room because of this! Luckily we were very tired so at least we could manage a bit of sleep before our 7am alarm to get to the ferry port, but not much. The room and location are great otherwise but you couldn't ignore the full on pride day rave downstairs. It was absolutely thumping to the point the tv didn't drown it out and watched with subtitles. In the week i bet this place is great for a stay but due to weather,pride and a rear facing room over the club, it was anything but comfortable

    The noise from the nightclub was unbearable as was the heat and stuffiness of the room. I ended up leaving and checking into another hotel at 2.30am

    I stayed one night at this hotel to attend a concert in Dublin. There is a nightclub downstairs and when I came back to the hotel after my event, there was a HUGE brawl happening (5th July 2026) and the place was filled with rowdy, drunk men and women, security, EMTs and police. There were no hotel staff to speak to or reassure any of the hotel guests; everyone was only attending (or having fights or screaming at) the nightclub attendees. It was very unsafe and very uncomfortable for hotel guests as the noise was non stop and went on till past 3 am, making it impossible to get any sleep. I had to sleep with my suitcase against the door for fear of all the drunk men just loose all over the hotel. Staff were absent and unhelpful. There was no explanation, acknowledgement or apology of the previous night’s chaos the next morning when I checked out. There is one tiny lift that fits only one person and one luggage and moves at snail pace. Never book this place, it’s not at all value for money and frankly unsafe for anyone, especially solo female travelers.
