    Location is good - 5 mins’ walk from LUAS station, tram, buses, St Stephen’s Green, Grafton Street. Room was spacious. Beds comfortable. Small ‘con’ - shower not strong. And it could be hot in summer. There’s a table fan and ceiling fan but somehow couldn’t feel much wind from them esp’ly the ceiling fan.

    We very much enjoyed our stay. The good size room was very clean and well appointed. The staff were the only thing that let this lovely stay down, they were not particularly pleasant or knowledgeable or friendly. I would suggest a customer service refreshment course which would focus on greeting guests, being knowledgeable about the city and showing an interest in promoting your wonderful accommodation.

    Ample room space, clean , neat and tidy. Easy accessibility to move baggage’s. Location is good with easy access to tram.

    Place has no facilities whatsoever. You have to leave the hotel, go to a different hotel to get a bar or food. It's very dated & smells musty. Staff weren't very friendly or helpful. The room was cold and heater wouldn't work. It is clean, beds are comfortable and location is great.
