Clean, comfortable, good value for money
Was in an area that was easy to walk to all attractions, including Temple Bar area. Rooms were lovely and clean, and the shower was exceptional. Bed very comfortable
The fire alarm went off early hours on the first 2 nights, even had staff knocking on my door at 5:30am after the alarm had silenced

Location, good food and artwork everywhere combined with different spaces to choose from in the restaurant/bar areas

A surprisingly complete hotel experience. Would go again.
Surprisingly comfortable room. I guess I went into it expecting more of a "room over a pub" sort of vibe but no, the bar was 100% sound proofed from the rooms, and the rooms were hotel grade quality. Would use them again.
Honestly there wasn't much to complain about. The main thing was the heating seemed to be a bit fiddly. I was able to get the room warmed up rightly enough but couldn't convince it to cool the room later on.

Enjoyable
I loved the room and bathroom so modern and clean
I found the staff weren’t the friendliest, I know they are human and have bad days but there was definitely a coldness with them

Excellent
Rooms were warm and comfortable.
Prices were brilliant, very reasonable
Not a complaint but all of us being 40 plus - it took us a while to get use to ordering on our phones to the table, however bar service is also available also.

Excellent modern hotel in a great location.
We loved the architecture of the hotel, in particular the glass atrium. The decoration of the hotel was bright and inviting. The bathroom was in excellent condition and the water pressure was excellent with plenty of hot water. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, in particular the reception staff.
There was nothing we could possibly complain about

We won't be back
Not a lot
Friday nights tea, well it was dry and very bland. Saturday was going to have breakfast but was way to busy and the wait time was ridicules, so went else where. the wait time for a drink from the bars was over 10 minutes each night.
Sunday mornings breakfast, we waited over 45 minutes for the food to arrive, when it finally did it was cold. It wasn't even busy the were only 6 tables having breakfast.
Now on to the room, it was just a standard rooms. I had 4 rooms booked as 8 of us travelled, each couple found things wrong with the room, went and reported to staff but nothing was done about it.

Located close to the city centre, good breakfast and bar directly in the hotel, comfortable rooms
The furniture and Lights are old. The Light in the bathroom broke during our visit.

Room small but ok. However, disappointing experience with front desk / check in staff
Good location, and handy to have Wetherspoon right downstairs for breakfast and drinks.
1) We booked a room with 2 beds specifically and followed up with a message to confirm and was assured that we have been assigned a room with 2 beds. Upon check in, we were given a room with 1 bed. When I bought this to the attention of lady at the front desk, her response was because I chose a double room and not a twin room because that's what American's do (even though we are Canadians & British). But booking.com actually have 1 bed or 2 beds options (you have to choose one to finish booking). It would have been easier for both of us if she would just apologize for the oversight and separate our beds with separate beddings instead of making excuses and blaming the guests for their own mistakes.
2) We arrived slightly early for check in (about an hour) so we left our luggage at the check in area and went for a stroll. They tagged the luggage with our names, etc so we felt they would be secure and looked after there. But on our return at check in time, we found our luggage sitting there with no one at the front desk. So anyone could have walked up there and taken any pieces of luggage they want.
3) At check in, we were not told of the WIFI information, we overheard that it is not secure as no password is needed to get on the network, so decided not to ask and used our phone for hotspot. But nonetheless, this information should have been given.
4) We were also not told that hotel guests get complimentary coffee at the Wetherspoon downstairs (just need to show room key). We only found out by chance on the 2nd day of our 2 day stay. Would have been nice to know from the start and save some $ on starbucks.

Room was clean and tidy. It was close to the city centre
Room was clean and tidy. The configuration of the hotel made it difficult to navigate if you had big heavy bags and unable to use the stairs
There was no bar fridge in the room to keep drinks and snacks cold

Good location but we hadn’t expected to be staying in a Wetherspoons pub with rooms
We didn’t have it
We didn’t realise it was a Weatherspoons and the pub got noisy.

Great stay!
The bathroom had a rain shower which was great! But the option of a second shower head would have been good, so your hair doesn't have to get wet.
The location is walkable to most of the sights and the airport bus stops right around the corner.
The walls are a bit thin, so we heard our neighbours chatting and laughing into the night.

Excellent location. Staff at reception and at breakfast were very nice and helpful. Clean modern room with very comfortable bed. Great choice on breakfast menu and so reasonably priced. Would definitely return.

Definitely a good option for short stays
Very good located, 15-20 min walk to center, 10 min walk to park! Lots of bars around. Entrance was a bit complicated but we got used to next day. Basically you are passing through a bar! A very unique entrance :)) we liked the room and linens
no fridge in the room

Great stay in city central location with access to Weatherspoons Hotel & Restaurant.
We loved our room and found it be very clean and had all bathroom accessories provided.
There was not a lot of room for clothing storage due to space available so suitcases were left on the floor and used from there.

Perfect for a short city stay close to city center.
Not our first visit here. Great hotel for a weekend or short stay. Location in city center. Beautifully renovated. Nice clean room. Good restaurant & bar. Quirky layout!
It’s a shame the outdoor courtyard terrace is not used.

Excellent (apart from the barman)
Location was excellent and good value for money
The barman was rude when we arrived back to the hotel to get a drink before going to bed

A welcoming stay in good proximity to town.
Proximity to town & Luas stops. Friendly staff and clean hotel with all the facilities.
Price for 1 night stay high without breakfast in comparison to alternate weekend with no sporting events or concert taking place.

A good hotel - close to all the tourist stops with a nice hearty breakfast menu and excellent bar !
Breakfast was great- variety and well made. The staff was just excellent - very attentive and responsive. They had good suggestions and excellent service. One lady who was from Galway - I should have asked her name- was just a sweet-heart - gave us tips for our road trip in Ireland and packed us some butter and jam. Made our trip ! Will always remember this sweet gesture
Also appreciated the early check in !
Room was a bit cramped. The carpet outside the lounge had possibly got wet so there was a damp smell
3.0 / 10.0
Distressing, sweaty, no need for 70 doors to access room
Close to schools and shopping. Staff were nice particularly the man who lead us to our room.
The ungodly heat in the rooms!! Mother of Christ it was most uncomfortable. My sister and I were getting ready for an event and we needed two large fans each (provided by staff) as the aircon wouldn’t co-operate. We were gaslit by being told it would be rectified in a prompt manner but this simply did not happen. We were in severe distress and so oily. We could barely sleep. Windows couldn’t be opened. Inhumane conditions. Quite a trek to the rooms, sooo many doors it was like the chamber of secrets. Mirror was also in a very awkward place in the room. The tap also broke off the sink the second we used it.
