Very pleasantly surprised. Good location about 12 min drive from Heuston station.
Very comfortable beds and quiet considering how large the hotel is.
The Wetherspoons located within the building is great for feeding hungry teens as the menu is very well priced and the same applies to breakfast.
It's basic so don't expect extra frills. You do get a cup and free hot beverage refills when you want them, from the machines.
Nothing to dislike because you know what to expect. It is a budget hotel so don't expect 4 star frills and you won't dislike it!

The hotel and comfort of the rooms were excellent and a fantastic location city center
At times the service at the bar was slow but please add an extra staff member as the staff were doing their upmost best to serve everybody

Very good value for money. In a good position for Luis or even walking. Near great pubs.
Bed was a bit hard for me, a minor issue really when all else considered.

Good location, and handy to have Wetherspoon right downstairs for breakfast and drinks.
1) We booked a room with 2 beds specifically and followed up with a message to confirm and was assured that we have been assigned a room with 2 beds. Upon check in, we were given a room with 1 bed. When I bought this to the attention of lady at the front desk, her response was because I chose a double room and not a twin room because that's what American's do (even though we are Canadians & British). But booking.com actually have 1 bed or 2 beds options (you have to choose one to finish booking). It would have been easier for both of us if she would just apologize for the oversight and separate our beds with separate beddings instead of making excuses and blaming the guests for their own mistakes.
2) We arrived slightly early for check in (about an hour) so we left our luggage at the check in area and went for a stroll. They tagged the luggage with our names, etc so we felt they would be secure and looked after there. But on our return at check in time, we found our luggage sitting there with no one at the front desk. So anyone could have walked up there and taken any pieces of luggage they want.
3) At check in, we were not told of the WIFI information, we overheard that it is not secure as no password is needed to get on the network, so decided not to ask and used our phone for hotspot. But nonetheless, this information should have been given.
4) We were also not told that hotel guests get complimentary coffee at the Wetherspoon downstairs (just need to show room key). We only found out by chance on the 2nd day of our 2 day stay. Would have been nice to know from the start and save some $ on starbucks.
