A really good location, with comfortable surroundings on a quiet cobbled road just a stone's throw away from Dublin Castle. The check-in experience was smooth, self-service breakfast buffet was very good with a wide variety, all of good quality. Ambience at the bar was great, with attentive staff and great service. Spa was nice too, (to manage your expectation: gym is basic, two treadmills, a rowing machine, two bikes, and some free weights, in a cosy space). I'll be emailing the hotel directly to discuss other matters, but certain members of staff, especially those in the restaurant, bar, and above all the housekeeping team, mean I will be returning on my next stay in Dublin.
Inconsistency among staff in the reception team, which I will be discussing separately with the hotel management. But don't let that put you off, the team overall are great.

We dined in the Fawn restaurant for our evening meal, it was excellent. Breakfast had a huge choice of cooked food, cheeses, pastries, breads, yoghurt and fruit. Delicious.

Hotel itself was amazing. So well priced for what you get - wellness centre, super comfy beds, amazing rooms . loved it . Oh and the breakfast was so great!
