Perfection. Everything we wanted

Friendliness and professionalism of staff, food was excellent. We got an upgrade on arrival which was very much appreciated and totally unexpected which made us feel special. Wellness facilities were excellent and toiletries both there and in room were top range. All the in room facilities we could ask for. Location is very central only 5 minutes walk to all the main areas - Grafton, st, o’Connell st, temple bar etc. a very enjoyable stay, very comfy bed and we would go back

Our stay was absolutely amazing

The location was excellent, very close to the city centre, with absolutely no street noise, which allowed us to enjoy an amazing night sleep. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. The housekeeping team did a truly outstanding job, everything was spotless, not a single speck of dust, and the room was perfectly clean and shiny. We also visited the bar and restaurant, where both the food and drinks were delicious. The service was exceptional, and all the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always smiling. We truly wish we could have stayed longer. The highlight of our stay was the incredibly rich and delicious breakfast. Everything was excellent, and we thank you for such a wonderful last night in Ireland.

Great location, lovely staff, great food for breakfast and lovely welcoming atmosphere.

The hotel is very modern with a lot of tech in the rooms to enable 'easy to bed' and 'easy to wake' scenarios with everthing more or less at the click of a button. Beds are comfy, and bathroom with rain shower is great. Staff are super friendly and will help with anything they can when a problem/concern arrises. I always enjoy my stay at the hotel. The bar staff were super friendly and allowed us to cheers the new year with a glass of champagne outside while watching the fireworks.

Unfortunately there were a few minor things. I couldnt get the temperature to go to 18, but it did not stop me from sleeping, so only mentioned this on check-out. I could hear the breakfast in the morning, - chairs scraping on the floor, which meant I was awake earlier than i would like. I did raise this with the front desk, and they said that it cannot be as my room is not under the breakfast room. However I was still able to hear the chairs and I did confirm this again on check out with them, to which they apologised. I coudlnt adjust the temperature on the showere to be a bit colder despite several attempts, which is a little unusual. (This I only mentioned to the team on check-out, as I was able to cope with a warmer shower.) One of the staff when cleaning the room, had inadvertantly pulled the curtain instead of using the buttons to open and close, but when i mentioned this to reception they arranged for someone to take a look and when i came back from brunch they had reset and fixed the half open curtain.

A very good hotel with high standards.

It is very modern with beautiful decor and sustainability at the centre of how it operates. Very clean and high tech too. Luxurious, comfortable bed, power shower and high range products in the bathroom. Restaurant was good value for dinner and the quality and range of options at breakfast was first class. The bar is fab and you can have the most unusual herbal type cocktails that would win prizes for creativity and innovation. Check them out for sure! Finally, I loved spending an hour in the small but well set out Wellbeing room - hot tub, sauna and steam room.

I didn’t like that when we went out for the full day on our second day at the hotel, our room wasn’t serviced at all. We only needed bins emptied and fresh supply of tea and water, as towels shouldn’t be changed for sustainability reasons. I popped into the hall and asked for service and vacated the room for a few hours again. Came back and nothing had changed. Disappointed but easily overcome as the lovely bar staff gave me better tea to take back to my room.

Location excellent. Very central but quiet. Staff very nice. Hotel room very good, comfortable. Furniture & fittings in the room very cleverly installed. A lot of extras but did not feel cluttered. Very I.pressed with room.

Breakfast was great but dining area sometimes full and difficult to get seated . lower rooms were quiet but upper floors very noisy especially room next to lift . Fab staff

The beds were so high I couldn’t sit on them. The room was tiny. They took €100 off my credit card for charges In advance which I didn’t expect. But they refunded it promptly on check out.

The location was great

The bed in the disability room was way way too high which meant that we had to lift our fries into his bed . His room was also cluttered with furniture which was impassable for a wheelchair user. Upon check in the staff member was extremely rude and claimed we had not booked a wheelchair accessibility room which was false as I had an email from another staff member telling us we had .

A great location in a somewhat disappointing hotel

Location is brilliant

Cold room, heating not working properly, uncomfortable bad, a lot of gadgets in the room without instructions on how to use them, check in was way to lenghty and cumbersome followed by a call to the room at 1.30am saying that security deposit was not taken (could this really not wait until the morning???)

Just perfect

The location was perfect, we could be everywhere we wanted to be within a 10 minute walk. Lovely comfy beds, warm and welcoming staff, and the best cocktails in the bar. Also extra points for the club sandwich - fantastic.

Excellent quality, staff and service

The location was just around the corner from all the action but down a quiet street. The staff were exceptional. We needed a room for an extra night but the hotel was fully booked with an NHL game in town. Amine, at the front desk went over the top to let us know when one was available - came straight to the room and notified us. The only complaint we’d have was that the room was double the price for the week we were there because of the flood of American fans there. 🙁 but overall we are now spoiled rotten and will no longer be as pleased with other hotels, service and staff.

The cost due to American NFL week - should give Canadians the usual rate - lol

Price seemed high. Very high tech but tech still quirky eg bathroom door took practice to close, lights were near impossible to get right combination to watch tv without glare, etc. breakfast was limited which required card payment or charge to room, no cash and unavailable for ala cart dining. Neighborhood seemed seedy?

Convenient, comfortable, and great breakfast in Dublin city center

The Chancery was a great choice to be convenient to everything in Dublin City Center. The room was clean and spacious. I arrived early on a red eye and was pleasantly surprised to get my room early! The breakfast was a lovely buffet with some local breads and cheeses, fruit, waffles, etc.

Some of the features are a little odd or counterintuitive -- having to press buttons to open doors, having bathroom door close automatically behind you, the shower was difficult to figure out, etc. Nothing terrible, just a little weird.
