The hotel staff at reception, the bar area and particularly David at reception area were so helpful.

Loved the location and the staff were so helpful

We booked a suite and we were overlooked on all 3 windows so we were unable to lift the blinds and had no natural light in the room for 4 days. We were overlooked by residential apartments on 2 large windows. Maybe a sheer covering or coating on the window may be needed in the room. We purchased hop on and off bus tickets from reception and were handed the large map with the tickets but unfortunately the map was out of date and the bus timings were incorrect

Exceeded my expectations and great value for money. Will be back!

On arrival, we checked in approximately 20–30 minutes early. The check-in process was absolutely seamless. The receptionist (whose name I unfortunately did not catch) was extremely polite and welcoming. She advised us that the room would be ready within five minutes and invited us to wait comfortably in the lobby. Once the room was ready, she immediately noticed that I was travelling with two children and a significant amount of luggage. Without hesitation, a luggage trolley was offered and a porter named David assisted us. David was exceptionally courteous and professional and very witty, the kids enjoyed his humour! He took all of our bags, escorted us to the room, and even hung my jacket up for me. There was also a staff member in the restaurant at dinner, I think possibly a manager as he was wearing a suit, Very pleasant&helpful. This level of attentiveness and kindness made an enormous difference and truly set the tone for our stay. The hotel itself felt warm, welcoming, and beautifully presented, and the friendliness of the staff on arrival made the trip start on a genuinely positive note.

Nothing major at all the room was spacious but we did have a roll away bed for one of my children and it was quite akward to get passed to the bathroom ect. I also had a bath but the water only got to warm, maybe just a preference but I do like it much higher temperature!

Very pleasant hotel, the stay was very nice

The hotel was very nice, close to the city center, the breakfast was delicious. It had everythink you would expect for this type of the hotel when you are on a business trip.

I did not like the windows in the room - it seems that the insulation on the windows was not very good, I could hear noice from the street and the wind blowing outside. Also the spa was not free of charge for the hotel guest.

Brilliant location in Dublin, handy for everything. Room was very good, quiet and comfortable. Heating/cooling system was best we have had. Breakfast was excellent, and evening meals were very good, and priced in the right area. Couldnt fault our 3 night stay at all.

Stayed five nights, paid over 300 €/night — bad smell twice, and no upgrade even after complaining.

We stayed for five nights, paying over 300 euros per night, but the room had a strong odor. At first, they didn’t change our room and only did a simple fix. The bad smell came back again, and I had to insist before they finally gave us another room of the same type — they didn’t even offer an upgrade as compensation.

Nice hotel but a few niggles

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were lovely and we used the breakfast lounge and bar which ere both great.

We reported Sat morning that our shower wasnt working. They said theyd fixed it but we had the exact same problem the next morning. They apologised but no discount was offered for the inconvenience. Also the TV had constant shimmering every few seconds
