The location and breakfast (top quality). Staff at breakfast were brilliant but staff at check in were poor.
The room was very small and the bathroom and shower tiny. Late at night staff kept banging doors which made the walls shudder. Seemed to be moving between their quarters and another room. Annoying and kept us awake.

Well run, cosy, super location. Very competent staff and management -cannot really be faulted
There wasn't anything really, maybe brighten up the rooms and corridors with brighter colours -but I appreciate in an old Georgian building there is only so much you can do.
Parking is not exactly close, and expensive, but that's the reality of Dublin City Centre

Staff were excellent, so helpful and friendly. Location was central. Breakfast included was beautiful. Room was cozy and clean. I thought it was great value for money. No noise issues whatsoever the earplugs given in the room were great. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

The location was ideal for what I was needing it for. The staff were so helpful and friendly.
Room was basic but clean and comfortable.
The only thing I didnt like was the noise level but the hotel did provide earplugs so kudos on that. Parking was hard to find but a member of staff helped me with that.
