Greeted and made to feel very welcome on arrival, even though after 9PM.
All questions answered about timings for breakfast, etc.

Location was ideal, not too far walk into the city centre & there are a few nice bars & restaurants close by. Rooms were tidy & comfortable.
Arrived just before 3PM - room wasn’t available even though check in was at 3 and was advised to come back in a few hours as they were busy. They did keep our bags in storage while we were waiting though!
