The hostel is in a great location, having stayed in a few different hostels in Dublin, this is one of the better ones. The facilities were basic but clean.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, but they need more staff, especially on reception. One morning I wanted to check my bad into the luggage room, I was waiting for more than an hour before a staff member showed up at the desk. More staff are needed on reception.

Honestly, you can't beat the location. Very central and accessible to everything. It was a relatively quiet hostel too.
Staff honestly didn't really care; they would check you in, and then you were on your own. Also: some of the people staying there were just unpleasant unfortunately (in particular, some of the men in the mixed dorm I stayed in were too forward). Not anyone's fault, and this was just my own experience though!

Well located for my travel. Staff was friendly and forthcoming. Nice big common space, with dedicated table for solitary PC work and tables for common exchange among patrons.
Bed matress was really bad. Ambient was very noisy all the night and room walls were thin hearing both neighbors, people in dorm and the outside. Bathroom was distant and seemed to small to handle rushhours.
