Location, value & staff. They were able to let us into our room upon international arrival which was a huge help.

Great value!!! modern design of the rooms, very good breakfast, rooms are very well equipped. Bathroom was clean and very comfortable. The was enough space even with two big suitcase (we had a double bed). The hotel is safe (the doors and locked in the evening and only guests of the hotel can enter). Very good location - all main attractions are within a walking distance. Because my gf had birthday on our trip I opted for celebration package and I was very satisfied with what hotel provided

The only downside is the space between the bed and the wall of the room - it’s very narrow so it’s not very comfortable when you want to walk around the bed

The loctaion was great for the venue that we where attending but not for closest to anything else 15 to 20 min drive to temple bar or to the bus station

Rooms are real small like amstersdam small.. and the windows arent really spundproof could hear everything happening in the street.
