Great aparthotel on Dublin

Modern and clean apartment. Nice to have a well equipped small kitchen area. Easy check in via a terminal. Good location for restaurants and a short walk down to the main tourist area.

The position of the bed meant one person had to climb out the bottom as there was no access from the side.

Great home from home

Excellent, clean apartment which was a home away from home. It had all the facilities you need for a short break. The sofa bed was excellent and the table easily accommodated four adults. The location was very good. Check in and out were very smooth. Would recommend

We might in the future give Staycity another try.

It was extremely well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Many interesting sites close by.

We couldn’t control the room temperature. The thermostat wasn’t working and windows wouldn’t open. Normally the room rate might have been reasonable; however, we paid over 500€ per night because of the football game. Self check-in felt awkward, fortunately there were staff around and they were helpful.

Nice place to stay for holiday.

Location was good. They have an open kitchen which is convenient for us. Facilities were good also. They have gym and luggage storage after check out.

The sink in the open kitchen was a bit small. The shower water pressure wasn’t strong enough and not hot enough.

The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We paid for breakfast when we checked in. Each day we came down we weren't on their list and we felt like they thought we were trying to get something over them. They were eventually able to locate it in the computer, but each morning it was uncomfortable.

Room was tiny fo 3 people it was basically a normal hotel room with 3 beds in it…..an apartment/hotel …. No way There wasn’t enough room to swing a cat !

Excellent quality hotel, perfect for sightseeing in Dublin.

Location was excellent, as were all fixtures and fittings. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We really liked the apartment set-up, great for group travel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Oh and it was nice and quiet, didn't hear the other guests or sounds from outside.

The apartment we had for 3 people was only just big enough once the sofa bed was made up but not a problem for us as we hung out and ate in the other apartment. Also one of our group found the sofa bed uncomfortable but they switched and it was fine for the other person. Bathrooms were on the small side.

It’s very well located and the beds are very comfortable.

Room was super dirty. The floor was disgusting and there were crumbs everywhere. The desk and chairs were very dusty. It didn’t feel clean at all.

The hotel is centrally located, within easy walking distance of most attractions. The breakfasts were amazing. The rooms are a bit small, and the bathrooms a bit tight, but nothing too bad. We stayed there twice and would book again if available.

I didn't like that I had to pay for coffee after 10am, that seemed like a simple thing to offer guests. I also wish the rooms were a tad bigger, but neither of these were a huge issue and I would stay there again.

Great location for friend's trip to Dublin

Staycity appartments Tivoli were perfect for us. Very modern, clean apartments with an equally modern reception and bar. My friend particularly loved the pods available for the coffee machine, and we both loved the location which was perfect for all we wanted to do in Dublin, yet was also in a quiet area so was perfect for sleeping.

Couldn't open the windows, that meant that the AC quicked on automatically. As it had a kitchen, it didn't have any condiments like salt and pepper.

Overall this is a great location and very nice hotel that worked perfectly for our short stay.

This is an excellent location if you want to be able to get around primarily the city attractions in Dublin. We were only in town for 3 nights (2.5 days to see the sites) so did not want to be a far walk from the places we wanted to explore. This was basically within at most a 25 minute walk of nearly everything. The rooms and beds were small but I knew that going in. We just wanted something simple and affordable but convenient which this very much was. I think it would feel a bit too small if we had stayed more than a few nights or wanted to relax in the room much but if you plan to mostly be exploring and just need this as your place to sleep, it's great. Staff was friendly, free luggage storage, room was clean!

The only thing I can even think of is that the comforter on the bed was quite heavy. It would have been nice to have a lighter layer I could use instead (either a sheet or light blanket). The bed came with ONLY the somewhat heavy comforter. I sleep warm so did feel a bit hot in the night a few times. The AC worked fine but we didn't want to have to make the room freezing either. Really not a big problem but just something minor that could be better!

The breakfast was great, lots of choices. The staff were helpful and friendly. I like that you must use your room key to use the elevators, feels more secure. I loved that the front desk helped with ordering taxi's when we needed and that they would be ready when you needed them, great service.

I did not like that the windows did not open for fresh air.

Very pleasant stay

The apartment had a small but well-equipped kitchen with everything you needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

A minor downside was the lack of a coat rack near the entrance – I had to hang my jacket and bag in the wardrobe. Also, while the dining chairs looked stylish, they weren’t very comfortable.

A few issues but overall clean and everything you need for a few nights stay.

The appartment was basic but enough for a few nights stay. There was a strong smell of bleach on arrival. Everything was clean and everything you could need for a short trip was in the kitchen. Location is close to Guiness storehouse and the centre of dublin, both a short walk.

On our return after a long day exploring dublin, we returned to find that our tv was not working. I sent a msg to the whatsapp which I wasn't sure if I would get a reply (my fault as I am sure they would but wasnt sure how it worked). So i went to reception and the young receptionist said they often have issues with that room for the tv. I asked why they would put people in that room if the tv wasn't working, this is part of what we have paid for. We just wanted to chill and watch tv before sleeping. He offered to change our rooms at 10.30pm at night which we agreed too but looking back there was no apology or compensation offered. Even when I left our keys in the next morning and advised there was two as we had to move rooms.

We had a good time and room worked well for us.

Very centrally located. Easy walk to to main areas in Dublin. Right down the street from Christchurch and St. Patrick’s Guinness. Has kitchen facilities in apartment so we could make our own coffee and breakfast. Definite plus.

The room is small for three people when sleeper sofa pulled out. We had to move table and chairs around to walk around. However, it was only a few days so for the price and location definitely worth it.

Expensive, tiny rooms, can’t open windows, dirty boxers covering fire alarm sensor and beds not made

The fire alarm sensor had a pair of men’s boxers covering it from the previous tenants. Rest of the room was clean. When booking I asked for 2 singles and a sofa. The singles were a double. I went to request at reception they are separated and they said they would send someone to do it. They never did. Useless communication. No apology either

It was easy to get to. Check out was perfect, allowed us to check in early. Facilities were great, including a gym! The apartment hotel with kitchen was great too

I would’ve liked to have a bath in the room.
