We had a fantastic experience overall. The staff were nice and friendly.

The noise from the road was a bit audible especially within the living room area. Maybe some soundproofing would help.

Price was great, the hotels felt secure and they we're nice and warm.

The shower would go cold for the last person to have it, probably just a timer on the boiler or something.

Great location but noisy.

Nice apartment with plenty of space for a family of three. Great location, within walking distance of the city centre.

There's barely any soundproofing so you hear everything going on in the corridor outside - not a problem during the day but at nighttime there seemed to be a hen party or something who hung out in the corridor through to the early hours. Some oversight on noise restrictions would have been appreciated.

Fantastic stay with wonderful hosts Lucas & Enrique in Dublin

The whole team, with a special shout out to Lucas & Enrique, Janette, Vitallia, were exceptional and made our stay really warm and pleasant. Anytime we’re back in Dublin would 10/10 choose to stay here. Great location, service, it is comfortable, spacious and clean.

Great stay!!

Staff was super super friendly and made us feel like they really wanted us to have the best time. We asked for advice getting around the city, got a lot of extra coffee and extended our stay through whatsapp… Super service!!!

StayCity apartments are worth considering when staying in Dublin. We enjoyed it

The apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and the water in the shower was hot with good pressure. The apartment is centrally located within 20-25min walking distance of the centre of Dublin and other attractions.

The apartment is in an interesting part of Dublin, so walking alone at night might not be a great idea.

Lovely Apartment in a great part of Dublin

The hotel apartment is in a great location, walking distance to just about everything. The common areas were really clean and spacious. The beds were all very comfortable, including the pull-out couch bed. The dish washer was also nice to have as we were able to keep things neat and tidy.

At check-in they wouldn't provide us with more than 2 room keys, although the accommodation was booked for 5 adults and even asked if we needed more keys. When booking, we booked a 3-bedroom apartment, which was supposed to include one room with two twin beds. However, we received 3 rooms with 3 queen beds. It wasn't a big deal since the living room couch pulled out into an additional bed, just a small inconvenience since we need to put it away after each night. Also, the dryer didn't really work and even after hours in the the dryer, our clothes were still damp.

Live here and the travel is easier

It is newly built in a very nice location. The apartment is comfortable and quiet. The staff are all helpful and nice. Kitchen is well equipped.

The room smells like a mixture of cat food and newly renovated paint. The heating system in bedroom is good but living room is always much colder during my stay.

Did the job for what we needed

Great location for what we needed and easy access parking. Great space, modern and clean kitchen and bedroom Staff were very friendly and helpful

Unfortunately our living room had a very strong smell as if someone had been smoking in it and not just cigarettes, meaning we didn’t want to leave any clothes in there and had the door open most of the time if we spent anytime in there which isn’t ideal in November. The area was quite loud in the evenings but with being the city we expected a bit. Also the gentleman sorting through the bins for recycling in the lower car park gone 9pm when it’s dark isn’t an ideal welcoming for women travelling on their own..

Far exceeded our expectations

Great spot to stay. Room was comfy, bed was comfy, small kitchen had everything we needed, Would have loved to have stayed longer. TV was great (catch up on the news) room well appointed as was bathroom and laundry in cupboard. Highly recommend!

Maybe a map in the room stating where you were! As overseas visitors we had no idea where we were exactly in Dublin city. Spent a few hours going in the wrong direction!! One way to learn the city, but on a short time frame .... it could have been better spent.

Great accommodation with some room for improvement

Good location (especially for a Vicar Street gig). The kitchen was well equipped and the living room was comfortable. We had no issues with road noise, noisy groups etc. The bedrooms were large and had massive wardrobes.

The mattresses are rock hard (to the extent that one person used the sofa bed instead of an actual bed). Some of the doors swing shut, which can lead to a lot of noise from within the apartment. Similarly, the internal walls seem fairly thin. There's no extractor fan in the bathroom so condensation from showers stays around for ages. Lastly, there was no food bin yet the general waste bin said not to put in food waste.

We loved our stay in Dublin, except for the bathtub.

The apartment was lovely. Warning- the bathtub had an unmovable glass panel instead of a shower curtain.

I couldn’t use the bathtub. It was a week of sponge baths for me!

TV Ariel not working and towel rails not on the wall. (Recently decorated but not 100% back together). Was all sorted promptly and working from day 2. Little pricy but I gather that’s an issue all over Dublin on an event weekend.

St Augustines is perfect for location (except drug clinic) and comfort (with a fan!)

The hotel was lovely with a great one bedroom and lounge with balcony. Walking distance to many attractions including Brazen Head pub and the river. Car parking below is terrific. Customer service was fantastic.

The room in August was too hot with no air conditioning and only got a fan after desperate pleas for help. The hotel is located close to a drug rehab clinic so druggies on the streets. Hotel is large so takes a while to get to our room via corridors and lifts as well as many fire doors.

Great! Stay, ask about parking before arriving.

That it truly was like a condo all our own. It was very comfortable. It had a living room, a kitchen, and two bedrooms that gave us privacy and space. It was within walking distance to all the great sites to see in Dublin and the staff was very helpful.

Parking was a little challenging to figure out and getting in and out of the parking garage was a little challenging. I wish we'd had more direction on how to do that effectively before we arrived.

The fact we were charged at more than double the normal room rate because Oasis were in town. It’s criminal the way companies are allowed to do this, it’s unethical. €350+ for one night!

Clean and bright apartment with great access to Dublin.

Extremely clean apartment with nice big beds and great access to parking (this cost extra but not too bad) under the building. Located right in the heart of the city for easy access to restaurants etc. Pet friendly.

It was quite noisy at night. Our room backed onto a courtyard that everyone else had to use to access their buildings so there was a lot of noise from people coming back to their apartments late at night. The area where the property is also had quite a lot of people smoking and drinking on the street around it.

Although our request for a quieter room was accommodated and we were away from the road, facing the courtyard meant a lot of noise from other guests coming in at all hours and not being very considerate of other guests.
