The locations was nice, felt safe and calm. Dublin Express stops just outside the hotel with good connection to the airport. Grocery stores and pubs in the vicinity if you want to eat outside. Reception staff was very helpful and kind.
No lobby area for guests waiting, only 2 chairs. The breakfast was limited for me as I don’t eat heavy meals in the morning. The hotel’s restaurant is not service minded even if you are one of the few customers.

Good location
Restaurant staff not interested on both occasions we visited, ended up leaving after a lengthy wait. Bathroom needed some TLC.
