Upscale hostel vibes, had a wonderful stay!

Great location, strong internet, easy to access, well decorated, nice shared spaces (lounge and rooftop), provided flexibility regarding check-in time.

I went in the low season so there weren't a lot of people staying there at the same time. I can imagine in high season that it may be noisy as the walls did seem pretty thin and I could definitely hear people talking in the halls. Also, the sheets were a little low quality/scratchy. Not the hugest deal ever, just something I noticed. Regardless, I would stay there again! It's great for a cost conscious traveler!

An excellent, well equipped, warm friendly establishment !

Clean, tidy, modern, warm, the view of the river, excellent location, bus from airport drops you right outside, walking distance from all attractions and amenities but most of all the lady on reception Judy. Lovely, helpful, informative, warm and friendly lady. I would highly recommend it and I will definitely stay there again when I go back to Dublin. Oh and the digital key system was so convenient. Also there is a communal area by reception where tea and coffee is available for you to help yourself included for all guests as well as cooking facilities.

Personally I don’t think it’s good value for money

The room was very clean and spacious and had a nice view of the river

For 130€ a night I expected a bit more comfort and convenience. (Booked weeks in advance) What I hadn’t realised before arriving was that, although I had my own private bathroom, it was located separately down the corridor rather than inside the room. This meant having to get fully dressed and step out into the hallway every time I needed to use the toilet or shower or to get ready in the morning and evening, which was far from ideal especially since other guests were often around. I went to look back at the listing to see if it specified that the room didn’t have an en-suite bathroom, and it did so that’s my fault - it just didn’t even occur to me the possibility that a 130€ room wouldn’t have a bathroom ha. Another issue was the noise. The doors in the guesthouse close automatically and do so with an incredibly loud bang. Each time a door shut it echoed through the corridor and startled me awake multiple times during the night and early morning. On top of that, the soundproofing between rooms was minimal, so I could clearly hear conversations (including phone and more private ones) from neighbouring rooms. Lastly, the area felt a little quiet and less welcoming at night, so I’d just recommend being mindful if you’re walking alone. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible stay, the room was clean and spacious but it didn’t feel like good value for money. For the price point, I would have expected an ensuite bathroom, better sound insulation, and a quieter environment for a good night’s rest.

Perfect would stay again

10/10 experience really clean spacious room perfect for what we needed. They let us have a late check out as our car was stuck due to the marathon being on which they didn’t have to do and was very nice.

Great place - very cute

This was a cute inn. Very easy to self check-in. It was a cute, clean room. The location was excellent - I could walk everywhere! The bus from the Dublin airport let you out right in front of the hotel door.

Location was ideal for temple bar, visiting Guinness Storehouse etc… Perfect 5/10 minute walk from everything touristy! Very clean and tidy, comfortable beds and shower was amazing. Didn’t have to deal with staff as such because room and door codes are provided. Rooms still cleaned/ made up at some point in the day as well which is a nice touch! Good little fridge in the room too which was ideal. Value for money was decent, certainly better than the other options in the surrounding area. Would definitely stay again.

Lugar estratégico para visitar Dublin

La ubicación es estratégica para la zona de Temple Bar, Fábrica de Guinness y Jameson. El bus del aeropuerto tiene parada en la puerta del hotel. En la recepción está Judith que te da toda la.información que necesitas de la ciudad y que hacer en ella, con una amabilidad increíble. El espacio comunitario de cocina es muy bueno y completo.

Зручний доступ до готелю, адже ми прибували вночі та виїзжали рано вранці - кодовий замок в цьому випадку мегазручно. Чистий номер, просторий санвузол, нам зробили вищу температуру в номері за нашим запитом без проблем. Уважна спіробітниця на ресепшн. Затишно в номері і в готелі, для зручності гостей в лоббі організовано мінікухню і місця для прийому їжі. В приміщенні є ліфт, є доступ для маломобільних людей. Магазини, паби, основні туристичні місця дуже близько. На додаток на криші є тераса з видом на місто і річку поруч.

В нашому номері був слабий сигнал wi-fi. Поруч з готелем знаходиться Helping hand center - це певний контингент - безхатьки, залежні люди, деякі поводяться неадекватно. Ми не мали з ними проблем і це, звісно, ніяк не залежить від адміністрації готелю, але маю попередити.
