Se encuentra a escasos metros de Dublinia, Ayuntamiento y Temple Bar. Por lo que la posición es óptima. Además, tiene paradas de autobús en la misma puerta.
La recepcionista es magnífica, resolve todas las dudas de manera amable y disponible, además de ser muy resolutiva.
El checkin y check out es muy comodo, ya que se realiza con códigos. También puedes dejar tu maleta antes del checkin o después del check out sin problema.
La habitación tiene de todo y una decoración bonita, además de unas vistas preciosas al río.
Dejan a tu disposición café, té, pan, mantequilla, cereales, galletas, etc...Para que te sirvas cuando quieras.
Nos ha gustado sentirnos como en casa, y que el trato al cliente sea tan profesional y cercano.

We received a warm welcome and were pleased to check in a little earlier, as our room was ready. The location was amazing, as everything was in easy walking distance. The kitchen facilities were very useful and well-equipped.

The room was very clean and spacious and had a nice view of the river
For 130€ a night I expected a bit more comfort and convenience. (Booked weeks in advance)
What I hadn’t realised before arriving was that, although I had my own private bathroom, it was located separately down the corridor rather than inside the room. This meant having to get fully dressed and step out into the hallway every time I needed to use the toilet or shower or to get ready in the morning and evening, which was far from ideal especially since other guests were often around. I went to look back at the listing to see if it specified that the room didn’t have an en-suite bathroom, and it did so that’s my fault - it just didn’t even occur to me the possibility that a 130€ room wouldn’t have a bathroom ha.
Another issue was the noise. The doors in the guesthouse close automatically and do so with an incredibly loud bang. Each time a door shut it echoed through the corridor and startled me awake multiple times during the night and early morning. On top of that, the soundproofing between rooms was minimal, so I could clearly hear conversations (including phone and more private ones) from neighbouring rooms.
Lastly, the area felt a little quiet and less welcoming at night, so I’d just recommend being mindful if you’re walking alone.
Overall, it wasn’t a terrible stay, the room was clean and spacious but it didn’t feel like good value for money. For the price point, I would have expected an ensuite bathroom, better sound insulation, and a quieter environment for a good night’s rest.
