I had booked an entire apartment for 14 people. When we arrived the kitchen was very dirty. There was crumbs and dirt on the floor and on the surfaces. There were dirty dishes in the sink and leftover food in the kitchen. We had booked all rooms in this apartment so this should have been cleaned before arrival as no one else was staying there. Checkout was 10am and cleaning staff arrived into our apartment at 9:40am when people were still getting ready and getting changed and showering and knocking on the room doors. As per booking, checkout is 10am and it is not appropriate to enter our booked apartment before that time as we were still in there.

Recommend for low budget and great value for money.

The location was amazing, with a tram stop and a bus stop right in front. The staff were extremely helpful awesome young students.

Saturdays could be a bit noisy during the night. However, it’s completely understandable since this is a young people’s hostel.

The light and fan in the bathroom turned on automatically and stayed on after leaving the room for about 30 mins, which was disturbing when we wanted to go to sleep

The staff was very nice and always available, the position of the accommodation at 2 minutes walk from the closest Luas station, and the facilities available on site.

The stuff is very helpful and resolves any issues quickly. Very nice facilities, including gym, playroom and laundry room.

On the weekends its get noisy as young people having parties on the compound ground. Beds are uncomfortable. Shower ventilation is constant and very loud. Light in shower turnes on automatically even at night.

Student accommodation in a convenient area with en-suite bathroom. Considering the prices of Dublin accommodation this was good value. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room is in a shared flat so it’s noisy (the doors bang and make a loud noise). The bed was not a full double and there was no bathmat provided.

Comfortable and convenient and well priced for what we had

It was really conveniently located for access to the city centre via tram and bus although we used dublinbikes which were easy too! Room was comfortable and had everything we needed, and the staff were welcoming and accommodating.

We were only given one key, which was fine but if we'd have wanted to split and do different things it would have been tricky.

Good location, great room but bed needs improvement

Great location, two minutes from the green metro. Staff was very helpful. Apartment and shared room were good size.

There mattress was the worst we ever slept on. Every spring was noticeable. These days a decent Mattress doesn't cost much. Hope they upgraded those soon. Also no cooling in the room, it was very hot and the only option to cool is to open the window that has no mosquito net.
