Good deal to stay in Dublin.

The hotel is economic and its price is very attractive for summer visit to Dublin. The area looks safe.

It is relatively far from South side of Dublin (about 20 minutes walk).

Absolutely nothing. I left without staying!

Unsanitary room, also its rooms within student accommodation not a hotel like it seems in the photos. The room is tiny & the bed for what I could tell was uncomfortable. I did not spend any more time there due to the pubic hairs on the bed!

The location, value for money, staff, and comfort was amazing! Perfect for students!

The value for the price paid was great! It was exactly what we needed for a budget friendly trip to Dublin as students. The shared kitchen was very very handy. The beds were comfortable and fit two.

Although our bathroom was clean and spacious, our shower temperature was not adjustable. The staff was extrremely accomodating in allowing us to shower in a different room where we could adjust the temperature.

Definitely not a hotel experience, just a basic student room!

- Convenient location - 20 minutes from city center by foot - Quiet

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was below expectations. - The room felt more like a student dorm than a proper hotel room — very basic and lacking comfort. - The shower was disappointing, with extremely low water pressure (almost no water)!! - The bed was also too small for two people, which affected the overall comfort of our sleep. - Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. - No cleaning services provided during the stay, neither change of bed linen and towels. It cannot be called sold as hotel room.

Decent accomodations for the proce

Clean and reasonably priced and a good location.

The mattress is not great and bed is small for two people. The room was very warm. No extras provided like hair dryer or toiletries but you can request a hair dryer at the front desk.

Good location close to city centre with easy nearby underground parking which was clean and secure.

Clean and very quiet with well equipped kitchen/common room.

This was a single person room and although it had a comfortable double bed, it was rather cramped for 2 people. The building was uncomfortably hot but a decent opening window allowed us to control the temperature of our room only.

Disappointing - filthy, uncomfortable and overpriced.

Staff were friendly.

The room had not been cleaned, floors and all surfaces were filthy along with no toilet roll or hand towel, the kitchen of the apartment had a dishwasher full of dishes and the fridge was leaking. The bed was horrendously uncomfortable, you could feel broken springs digging into your back and the bed dipped in the middle.

Room was clean, shared kitchen was clean at all times too. There is a bowling alley, pool table, ping pong table and cinema room in the complex - we didn't expect those & enjoyed our free bowling!! Although its a shared apartment, we didn't hear any other guests.

Beds were not comfy and quite small. No air-conditioning, so the room was very hot at all times!

Unclean but probably better than hostels, especially if you are a couple.

It was a private place, with some space. Although there is some negative points it is still better than to stay in a hostel.

It was not clean, it seems that they just passed a choth in the "main" parts of the room and shared locations, but the details like the corners of the room (a lot of dirt, hair, ...) or the elevator (ceiling and walls) were completely left out. The bed was old and the middle of the bed was lower, making it very uncomfortable. It was too hot sometimes. The isolation between bedrooms were really bad, someone left the alarm clock without turning off for more than 30min, in the morning.

Pleasant

There was everything one might need to sleep over somewhere. There was supermarket close by and shared kitchen which one may use. The staff was friendly.

The room was not particularly well cleaned. There was a lot of dust on all the shelves. We needed to ask for another room because the bed in the first one was broken on arrival. We also needed to ask for missing things like towels. The facilities and equipment shown wear from heavy use which is probably to be expected from dormitories.

Nice little place to stay - remember there are still students there.

Location is good for exploring city and transport. The room was small but well laid out with a very nice ensuite bathroom and shower. Actually looked like the pictures! Lively atmosphere around the complex as students still in residence.

The mattress was very uncomfortable. There were a few small patches of mould in the shower, but nothing a good clean through wouldn't fix.

Perfect room for those traveling on a lower budget wanting to explore Dublin

Great location, good base for exploring Dublin with some lovely pubs and eateries nearby. comparatively cheap for Dublin and very clean.

Beds are quite a cozy size for two people, wouldn’t have minded as much if the rooms weren’t so warm. I recommend having the window open at all times.

ok if you're on budget

The location was ok and the kitchen.

The real room doesn't look like the picture. There are no decorations, it is just an empty room with a bed and desk. The mattress is demeged and hard so we couldn't sleep well. At the reception they told us that they will take a look, but they didn't do anything to improve our stay. The same for asking for a hairdryer, evey time it was unavailable, even if we asked everyday.
