Hot and single beds... Probably avoid.

Staff were the best bit.... Sadly that's all that's good

Bed isn't a double. It's a large single... Very annoying. Rooms were sweltering hot. OK if you're a single person on a budget I guess.

They surprised us with an iron and an ironing desk available in our room.

Cleaning is probably not their favorite task, I found dust on every corner of our room, spots in the shower and on the sink.

Good stay apart from the bed

The apartment was quiet and quite spacious. Easy walking distance to supermarkets and public transport. Good to have use of laundry facilities onsite too.

We hadn't realised just how small the double bed would be, and it was pressed up against the wall so very difficult for one of us to get in and out of. Good for one, very cramped for two...

Brilliant accommodation for a short affordable stay.

Perfect for attending a nearby concert in phoenix park. Very affordable. All amenities are walking distance. Clean and modern room. Takeaway pizza shop and Lidls are very close by. Staff were polite and very helpful with a couple of things we needed. Would recommend for a short budget friendly stay.

More aligned with backpacking and younger generation. Would not stay there again.

Location-proximity to city centre. Helpful reception staff - went over & above to help get medical assistance to one of our party.

Overall room size was very small! Really only designed for 1 person. Bed was very uncomfortable with springs sticking into hips. Room was exceptionally hot, but reception staff provided fans. Friday & Saturday nights were exceptionally noisy with teenagers booked in and partying. Communal kitchen was not well stocked with utensils.

Clean room, nice staff, great bathroom. Bed was very uncomfortable if you are on the taller side. Window dosnt open properly but I noticed people next to us could open their windows fully. Being a student room it is just a bed and a desk so it’s fine if that’s what you’re looking for. It was so loud in the hallway it kept waking us up.

Clean and comfy room, good size for one person.

The room was right opposite a bar with people spilling into the street until late. I would have preferred a quieter room as was travelling for work and had to be up early. The accommodation isn't in the nicest part of Dublin, either.

A basic yet nice stay in a great location. Shared kitchen included.

Smithfield is a great neighborhood, with nice restaurants around (Cobblestone!), the Jameson distillery tower, tram & airport bus station nearby, etc. The room is very basic and small yet clean and well maintained, the shower's really good. What's really good is a shared and perfectly fitted kitchen which wasn't even featured in the facility equipment, so it came as a very nice surprise. Another good thing is the 24/7 reception.

The bed is really small for 2, and the mattress begs for replacement. While the kitchen itself is great, some other guests aren't - our bottle of wine was stolen overnight, so perhaps watch your stuff. And for this price, you would get a completely different class of accommodation in most European cities, but that's Dublin.
