Location great: less than 10 minutes from metro, DART station. On lots of bus lines. Relaxed feel. Lots of facilities, including gym, large kitchens, rooms in which to work and relax. Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff.
Wi-Fi dropped out from time to time about 5 - 10 percent of the time. So occasionally had to use my iPhone hotspot.

No A/C, Room very hot and no sleep at all.
They did supply us with a fan but didn't make much a difference.

Modern clean accommodation, with self-contained studio with option of larger communal kitchen if you like.

It's location. Close to a Dart station. Room was comfortable. Overall facilities were good.
