The Perfect Place in Dublin!

The absolute best location to stay in Dublin. In walking distance to everything, convenient to public transportation, but still quiet. The rooms are spacious, well appointed, very comfortable, and clean. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

Rooms were lovely and spacious, location was great - just off temple bar. Jervis street car park is just around the corner. Bar and decor was lovely. No complaints, will definitely stay there again the next time I am in Dublin.

Lovely studio apartment, great location and good vfm

Excellent vfm. Great place to stay. Excellent location and really good facilities. The staff were brilliant. They were so welcoming on arrival and dealt with any queries with a smile and v helpful info.

Good luck finding the cutlery in the studio apartment. A brilliant design or a design flaw? You decide.

For the price, you won't find better!

Room was modern, slick and had a kitchen was a nice surprise. Reception desk was helpful, 24/hrs too which is good. They helped us keep a suitcase behind the desk for our afternoon our before our flight.

Great location, great room

Location was great. It is close to the all the temple bar action, but not the noise because it is just across the river. Our room was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the separate living area. The kitchenette was just right, loved the larger refrigerator and ability to wash laundry right in our room as we were on an extended trip.

The restaurant/bar at the hotel was closed. Also the shampoo in our room was missing, and although we asked at front desk for refill bottle, it was never delivered.

Location is central. Good design throughout

Lukewarm showers (. Building works next door start at 7am (windows aren’t that soundproof). Very low lighting in the rooms (bring a torch). Slow check in process

The hotel is in the middle of the centre and has an beautifull atmosphere. It is nicely decorated and the staff is really kind.

We were a bit disappointed with the cleaning services. We stayed here for three nights and for two people we only received four towels for the entire stay. On the last night we asked for extra towels. During our stay, there was no housekeeping at all, so we had to clean the room ourselves without even a broom available.

Welcoming hotel, perfect location

We had a brilliant stay at Zanzibar Locke. The studio was modern, spotless, and really well designed — comfortable without feeling cramped, and ideal for a short city break. The location couldn’t have been better: right in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance of everything we needed, yet still quiet enough to relax at night. A big highlight was the bar and café downstairs. The cocktails were excellent, and the coffee in the café area was genuinely great — perfect for starting the day before heading out to explore Dublin. Stylish, comfortable, and incredibly convenient — we’d absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Welcoming and relaxing place to base our visiting the city and getting a comfortable sleep.

The location was amazing and a warm welcome from the staff. With the coffee shop at the front and seating area's it was a very relaxing and modern feel. The rooms as well although maybe not traditionally decorated with an industrial feel were very comfortable. Having the couch area away from the beds just slightly makes a huge difference and the kitchen area was very clean and well supplied. It was also quiet at night considering its location. Which is right near to the Temple Bar area with lots of shops and cafe's. I stayed with my daughter and she chilled in the bed area while I sat on the couch and watched television between our sight seeing to the city. If returning would look to choose here again.

The only one thing that I didn't like was the tea bag was a bit weaker than Im used to. Feel bad even mentioning it, lol.

Dublin is an excellent city. Lovely friendly people, excellent hotel location.

Friendly staff. Very Clean. Good facilities. Felt very secure.

Door lock broken. Had to change rooms to another. Then had to change again to get another twin room. This was a bit stressful and used up time of our holiday ( only there for 3 nights) . However staff really helpful with this and gave a late checkout as compensation.

Clean, relatively modern, but service is bad, no bar and no easy way to get in before check in.

It was clean, central, modern enough comparing to other Dublin hotels.

Super confusing to get inside if you don't have a card yet, the bell doesn't work properly at all. If you're in a rush as I was, it's incredibly annoying. Also they asked for my card details even though I've already paid the full price. The bar wasn't open. It works only as a coffee place and the service is awful. The reception wasn't any help when I had a problem with their 'cool' but not functional design.

Perfect! Definitely would stay again in the future, and I’d bring a room spray to help with the constructiony smell.

I found it to be very good value for money having a more expensive feel to the place, I loved the mini kitchen which not many hotels have. It was also very secure and a good distance to many different shops and bars.

Outside one side of the hotel there was construction going on which caused the entire room to smell like a construction site and even left our clothes smelling of it too (nothing a quick wash won’t fix) however it wasn’t very pleasant as it’s all you could smell as soon as you walked into the room. I’d recommend bringing a spray or even for the hotel to add some air fresheners to the affected rooms!

We are repeat customers. We came last year. In one year, the place has become very run down. There was very little done to up keep the place. The mattress had huge dents. The sofa was ripped and also had huge dents. The floorboards were very dirty and the walls were pretty scratched up.

Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend it.

I really liked the location — it's very close to the Temple Bar area, just across the river. The facilities were excellent, with all the utensils and equipment needed for anyone who wants to prepare meals at the hotel.

The only aspects that could be improved are the beds, which were a bit uncomfortable, especially the mattresses, and the rooms had poor sound insulation, which can be an issue if there are noisy guests in adjacent rooms, which unfortunatelly turned out to be true during my stay.

Apartments with a 24 reception, brilliant co-working space in the heart of Dublin, yet quiet enough for a good night sleep. Absolutely brilliant!

The apartments are little dark so if you need bright light for working you'll need to head down to the lobby. Also it would have been nice to have tea coffee facilities like a nespresso machine in the room.

Perfect location for a weekend of wandering around central Dublin!

Property was well situated on the river and easily accessible to the hustle of central Dublin. The staff were very friendly and accommodated our special requests. The cafe attached to the hotel was great for quiet working and winding down. Our studio was well equipped and comfortable

Zanzibar great location and friendly staff

Location excellent, very clean, was placed in a room opposite noisy building site asked to move and was put in another great room. Great facilities in room.

Had to pay extra for everything, as Australian our dollar is not great so paying over $400 a night isn't cheap. Pay if you want your room cleaned, extra for check in, bins not emptied for whole stay, 3 days. Had to ask if we wanted them emptied. Surely it wouldn't be that difficult to empty bins and supply a couple of tea bags or coffee sachets. Who wants to go out and buy teabags when you are only there 3 days.

Fabulous location just feet from the Ha’Penney Bridge, Temple Bar area, restaurants. Quiet at night. Very spacious room with washer/dryer combo, microwave, kitchenette. We were in room G8. Great coffee spot in the lobby! Lobby has quirky, industrial meets safari vibe.

Add QR code stickers to washer and microwave. Instructions are on the TV, but would be easier to view a quick video. We asked at reception and they showed us a quick video on one of their phone.

Cracking spot as long as you aren’t in a room beside the building site

Modern, clean, fresh, beautiful decor, location is top class, basically within walking distance of all the city hotspots. Beautiful on site cafe that serves great coffee and pastries to die for, with gorgeous indoor and outdoor seating areas.

I know this is beyond the properties control but the ground floor room we were put in was right beside a building site which had us wakened from 6am. Would definitely stay here again all be it in a room located away from the rear of the premises. The 4 o’clock check in and 11am check out isn’t ideal either.
