Lovely for the most part

We have stayed here a few times now and love the Location the place is usually clean we did have some issues with our shower, dirty mouldy looking, our TV didn’t work (due to my below explanation we were too uncomfortable to ask for help)

My partner is autistic and was having a meltdown. We had a knock on the door which jumped straight to some sort of domestic argument that was happening which wasn’t the case, both myself and my partner were too embarrassed to correct the girl and felt on edge the rest of our stay. I appreciate checking in but just assuming it was an argument or “I know things can get heated sometimes” which is fair but we weren’t even given the decency or being able to explain ourselves before being accused of arguing

Excellent location. Staff were always around and there to help with check in etc. Very helpful. Bed very comfortable

Our rooms were compact, exactly what we needed for our stay as we didnt lounge in the room. If bringing kids, a bigger room would definely be required

Location is very good, near a Main Street and shopping center, also near or easy to get to all the attractions. Very comfortable bed

The rooms are quite small, not that easy for two people to move around inside and if you are claustrophobic I would not recommend. You could only leave the bed from the bottom end, not that easy if you have decreased mobility. Also the tv in our room had a crack and the only spoon present (had two mugs and one spoon) was dirty

Great location, would likely stay again.

The self check-in service was easy to use, the location put us just around the corner from grafton street and the room had more than we expected, with an AC to boot.

The beds are a tiny bit uncomfortable for me personally, either that or I slept funny.

we were on a one nght stay this hotel suited us and it is close to St Stephens Green

The receptionist and the check in was very good. It was great welcome. The bathroom had a walk-in shower (as opposed to a shower over a bathtub) We prefer that arrangement as we never go for a "soak" in the bathtub. We only use the shower and having a walk-in shower suits our needs much better. It is also much safer. Cleanliness of the bathroom and bedroom was very good.

We had the cozy room which is okay for a quick one-night stay. It is tiny and there is not very much facility to hang clothing

Convenient location.

The location is excellent for central Dublin. Parking is directly opposite in the Q-park multi storey.

The rooms are extremely compact. No wardrobe/hanging space. Also the bed, although I think it’s queen-size or 6ft, is sandwiched between two walls. Would not be suitable for elderly or anyone with disabilities. It felt claustrophobic for 2 persons.

I did enjoy most aspects of my stay

I enjoyed the breakfast there was a very good selection.I had one coffee and it wasn’t good. I liked the reception area of the hotel there was a coffee dock and lots of comfortable seatings.

I didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t check into the room before 3 o’clock unless I paid extra to do so.The TV in my room wasn’t working and I reported it twice but it wasn’t fixed.

Couldn’t recommend more

Probably the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The staff were exceptional, they were so friendly and always ready to help. They gave us tips for our trip and always greeted us with a smile. The gentleman there when we arrived helped me through the check in process and was so lovely and chatty. The vibe in the hotel was lovely, everyone was very friendly and it was really sociable. I mentioned we were staying as a surprise for my partners birthday and when we entered the room we found a piece of cake with a happy birthday message which made the stay more special. The room was spotless, modern and comfortable with cool features such as a built in speaker through the room and bathroom. It was very central and perfect for exploring Dublin. There are ice machines in the corridors (genius) and the hotel has a restaurant and bar (didn’t check these out this time but they looked lovely). The hotel also had a free Photo Booth, a gym and a coffee van. The hotel also offers a free bag drop so we could safely leave our bags whilst we went exploring which was perfect as we were only staying one night and had plenty to do and see. My only complaint is that we didn’t get more time here. We were so impressed we have recommended it to everyone we know. We will definitely be back, a lovely friendly hotel right in the centre of a beautiful city. They made our trip even more special.

Started as good hotel but slipping as the cost increases

The rooms are already starting to show signs of wear. Ripped bed surrounds etc. Check in is a nuisance. If you go to the desk you are taken to the self check in and if you go to the self check in directly, staff start asking questions while you are in the middle of reading instructions after you have completed the process.

A nice hotel, lovely staff but issues let it down

Was a lovely room and nice atmosphere

Cold water on the morning of our stay, room wasn’t ready when we went to check in at 15:15 had to wait 30/45 minutes which made us rush for our concert and the ice machine didn’t work!

Good value for money, in a great location!

Very helpful staff, different members of our group dealt with different staff at reception. All made it very easy to check in at different times etc which can be annoying and awkward. Great location and very nice modern hotel!
