Good location, friendly staff, ask for room to be serviced at front desk & bring adapters and converters!

Staff was friendly! Great location to Temple Bar area sights and bars! Great live music in the restaurant /bar connected to the hotel lobby too!

Our room did not get serviced but my son’s did and they got slippers, bath salts, robes, and chocolates- not sure why they weren’t there upon arrival??? If you don’t like street noise or a shower curtain that clings to you then this is not your place. Also you need the international converters AND adapters to use here but they did have a vending machine in the lobby to buy one for under $20.

Very noisy throughout the night. They do provide ear plugs though🤣 The recommended car park is supposedly secure, it is not and we got mugged at 04.30 getting in the car. Be careful if you need to enter the car park out of normal hours

A special weekend away made better by the staff!

Amazing location, parfect room for what we needed and the staff (lady on reception and maintenance man were fab!) My partner proposed to me while we were in Dublin and the receptionist and maintenance man were chatting to him before we headed out about his plans. When we arrived back they had put a complementary bottle of Prosecco in our room which was so kind of them and a lovely thing to come back to, to celebrate! Thank you for making our time in Dublin special!

A very pleasant stay and would definitely return to Dublin Citi Hotel.

The hotel is so centrally located that it is an easy walk to all the main attractions. Our room was on the 3rd floor facing the main street and it was not noisy and quite pleasant. The room was cleaned daily and the staff, Guzel and Maddy at reception, the cleaning ladies and the bar/breakfast personnel were all so helpful, welcoming and friendly. We went to the Guinness experience and took a day excursion to the Cliffs of Moher which Guzel helped us book on our arrival.

You pay for the location, not for the quality of the Hotel, the shower when on hadn't been sealed/screwed at a joint so it would spray water above the shower curtain wetting all the room, one side of the bed headboard had just been screwed in through the headboard to hold it up, the toilet almost got blocked but with a couple of flushes sorted it self, the room had no heating or aircon function available, and one of the nights there was no hot water, we were told an engineer was on their way to resolve this problem but then later found out by a different member of staff that if to many people use the hot water then it takes a while for it to get hot again so clearly a problem they know about but decided to give different information the first time and the pictures on line are very deceiving to the reality of what you get.

The bed was like sleeping on a brick. The double bed is 2 seperate beds pushed together so we both slept on one. The staff were rude to us and nice to another American group, the TV had no access to Netflix

The location suited our needs. Being central to the many local attractions was great.

The location was fantastic for enjoying the area attractions. The accommodations suited our needs, smaller than other places we stayed. Bed was good, bit noisy with window open.

Would have been nice to have a bar fridge for food. The weather was hot, so the room was warm, opening the window cooled it off but being in a busy area, the noise from the street/bar was expected. The restaurant for breakfast was a major disappointment, with the staff not being attentive to our needs/multiple requests, even when it was not busy. Would suggest you go elsewhere for food.

Staff was helpful. Housekeeping kept it very clean The location was excellent, near everything and buses very accessible. You can see a lot in a short time. Bed was very very comfy

Very noisy at night. With no ac, windows must be open and outside is loud till 4:30 am. Had to fill out form with info again on arrival (was tired). Is a very lively city with friendly people and the hotel is perfect for all nighters. Will just stay a few blocks further next time.

Great stay

We booked last minute because of layover in Dublin flight on our way to New York. Love the location so close to the temple bar area and also the bus stop is right across. We took double decker to couple of places. It was easy to roam the city for less than 20 hrs layover.Room was small but only used for sleeping. Bed was fine. Bathroom n beds were clean. Fan was a big plus. Loved that they had coffee making kettle with milk provided and real cup and saucers in the room!!! Front desk personnel very helpful!

Perfect location with welcoming staff

Excellent location in Temple Bar. Beautifully decorated hotel with lots of character. Loads of bars, restaurants & attractions nearby all within walking distance. Plenty of public transport options. Great bar & restaurant in the hotel too with welcoming and friendly staff. Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were a good size and bathroom immaculate. Our rooms were overlooking the main road so it was quite noisy with the window open as it's summer, but there were ear plugs provided! No noise with the window shut though. Will definitely stay again.
