Perfect location! Very clean

On our first night a group of girls got locked out of their room. Since there is no staff to help, there were just 2-3 drunk crying, yelling that they were locked out. We helped them get an emergency key, but it took up about 1-2 hours of our night helping them since there is no staff. We tried calling the number that was provided for any issues and no one picked up.

The location was right in the middle of Dublin next to all the major bars and tourist spots, including the river and Temple bar, very cool! The bathroom and room was clean and smelled nice. The tv worked and it was nice water glasses were provided. Also very close to the Q-park parking garage we kept our rental car in.

The beds were extremely hard, to the point of difficulty sleeping. The wifi worked only one of the days we visited, then did not connect to our phones the rest of the 3 days we were there. It also would have been nice if the method of check-in was explained before we booked, because using an app on my phone as a keycard caused quite a bit of unnecessary stress and further reliance on my phone in an unfamiliar city. It would also be helpful to warn that there is no elevator, only stairs. Me and my brother were able to bring out luggage up the stairs but this may have been dangerous for someone older/ more fragile.
