Everything, period! Quiet place, room was comfortable and clean, Temple Bar district - say less. Also, we were able to store our luggage before and after our stay, thanks to the 24/7 service team.

Overall, everything was great! Just one thing that could be improved, the cleaning of the coffee machine and the kettle.

Meets minimum

The location was great if you want to be in the tourist and main locations. Well connected to everywhere. The receptionists were nice and helpful. Answered all questions very fast.

The room was missing essentials- for example we didn't have wardrobe or where to put clothes at all. Some amenities were not working properly (e.g. shower).

Great location

Look, this places isn't the 4seasons, and needs a good refurb, but it was clean, had all the amenities expected and was in prime location. Shower was also great. We booked it as were attending a gig at the Academy, and it was only 10mins walk and only few mins walk to the Trinity street carpark which was €30 from 4pm until 7am.

A lot of stairs to get to the top floor where we were staying, there is a lift though if you want to wait. Rooms could do with a bit of refurbishment, but apart from that, place was perfect for the price of staying in the middle of the city.

This location was nice for going out. The beds were comfortable. The toothbrush and toothpaste were a nice touch.

The lift is on the verge of collapse. The beds and pillows are the most uncomfortable we have ever used! There’s mould all through the bathroom and room. Yes it has been painted, right over the mould that has seeped through the new paint. Clearly they didn’t treat it, just painted over it. My mother scraped her leg on a nail sticking out of her bed - luckily she didn’t pierce the skin! I tell the woman working there, the response “oh”. It was not fixed during our stay, so good luck to the next person staying there. The bathroom was not cleaned properly from the previous people, hair throughout bathroom and grime on the basin. There’s NO air con, even though it’s advertised. There’s no fridge. It’s a sweltering mess inside the room and that’s in Autumn/Fall, could you imagine Summer. We had to use a spoon to pry and keep open the window as it’s broken. Will not return to this hotel and would never recommend it to anyone!

Was grand for one night we stayed but wouldn’t stay on a long term basis.

Great location. Lyon’s tea bags in room. Pantene shampoo and Dove shower gel. The window opened big and out, not a little skittery bit so plenty of air.

Room very small. Lifts too slow. No tv on room. Nowhere to hang clothes. Two hooks on back of door but that’s it. No side lights by the bed, only a main light, so had to get out of bed to turn on or off light. No mirror in room, only bathroom mirror.

Te hacían la habitación cada día y había zapatillas, café y té de cortesía. La ubicación fantástica. Recepción 24horas.

Muchísimo ruido de los bares de abajo, gente gritando por la calle, camión de la basura.... Había que llamar al timbre cada vez que llegabas al alojamiento para que abrieran la puerta de abajo, me parece un rollo. El gel de baño estaba terminado, no tuvimos en todo el viaje, no lo repusieron. No había ni un solo mueble para guardar la ropa, solo un blanquito pequeño y tres colgadores de perchas.

il letto non era comodissimo e non era matrimoniale ma ad una piazza e mezza; camera assolutamente non silenziosa: la musica dei locali adiacenti si sentiva molto e fino a tarda notte.

Ottima posizione in pieno centro, camera pulitissima con a disposizione macchina del caffè, bollitore, phon, personale molto gentile e disponibile.
