Location was excellent so close to pubs and restaurants and shops etc The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, we were able to check in early and check out was at 12 not 11 like some places. And it was no problem to leave bags in behind the reception while we went shopping the next day.
No lift to the top floor, was fine for us but would be difficult for elderly or wheelchair access.

Perfect location- everything within walking distance. Very helpful staff, 24 hrs reception. Kettle and tea/coffee in the room.
Our room did not look like the one in the pictures. Small, access to double bed only from one side. Tiny space. Not comfortable for two people. Noise from the bar did not bother us much, but industrial noise from the street - cars, kitties, deliveries was a different story. That was ongoing throughout the whole night. Because of the heat it was impossible to close the window. Bathroom & rooms are quite dated. For the quality of the room the price was too high.
