We ordered room service for breakfast. A few items were missing but when we asked staff, it was soon resolved.

The hotel was spotless, breakfast was delicious and the bed was very comfy. Water in the room was appreciated

The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was very clean
We came back to see there was no residents bar. Staff working behind the bar couldn’t open tonic bottle, I had to show them the bottle opener at the end of the counter. Breakfast the coffee was cold and then I got handed a pot without a lid.
