Great hotel
The room was lovely with details to make it luxurious. The breakfast was delicious and the waiting staff were excellent. The hotel was very clean and location was perfect.
The barman asked for tip when we paid for our drinks. He didn’t even do anything tip worthy at this point and a colleague had to tell him to serve us. After paying for our drinks, he gave us a pint of Guinness that hadnt settled yet, was dripping down the side of the glass and didn’t give a beer mat.

Nice hotel , perfect location , poor breakfast
Excellent location , near Grafton street , multi story car park directly across the road. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and very cosy bed . Nice and quiet during the night . Breakfast just ok , we went down at 10am which probably didn’t help
Breakfast poor , scrambled eggs looked disgusting, beans over cooked and stuck to the bowl . We went down at 10am , breakfast not fresh , wouldn’t pay for breakfast again

Lovely Hotel to retreat too after the hustle and bustle of Dublin.
Parking facility across the road subsidised by hotel 20% off. Central to everything but tucked away enough to get peace and quiet.
Rooms are on the compact side but I would expect that in a city location. Breakfast wasn’t the best with food left sitting too long under heat so recommend just eat out locally.

Good location, reasonable price but I hate being cold so that spoiled it for me
We loved the location, and the breakfast was very good, I thought the extras for omlette etc was too much.
When I arrived the room was cold 14 degrees, I tried to adjust the thermostat and eventually rang reception and they sorted it from their end. Unfortunately, the bathroom was freexing and didn't seem to have any heating so we didn't even shower because of the cold.

Reception lady was so kind, efficient and looked after me.The room wasn't serviced correctly but met a lovely housekeeping girl on the corridor who came with tea bags, water coffee and clean cups .
Final housekeeping checks on room

Lovely room but be careful of noise levels
Stayed in a contemporary room on 5th floor with balcony. The room itself was well presented, comfortable bed, spacious well stocked bathroom.
While realising this is a city centre hotel, and weekend noise is to be expected, the noise levels from outside were just too much. Excessive noise went on until c2.30am If you having a late night out on the town yourself then it’ll be fine, if not then I’d advise asking for a room at the back of the hotel.
