Elegant Experience in the HEART of Dublin

I really enjoyed my stay; Noel the concierge was phenomenal. Noel packed my car up and was a great help. He walked me to the grocery store to get my some porridge and Irish tea. The hotel breakfast and staff was great. The restaurant staff was helpful and assisted me with recommendation for my porridge ( Add honey). The hotel was in the middle of everything and the location was great. I like the complimentary waters in the refrigerator that said "THE GRAFTON"; a nice touch.

The room was smaler than I like but it was simple;no closet space but we had a view of the street from my room window. I would like a microwave in the room to heat up my pizza.

Location was prime, breakfast was beyond expectations. Staff were great and accommodating. Rooms were nice and roomy and toiletries were top quality.

I ordered a car service through bookings.com and it was horrible! I paid prime rate and was sent a van that was falling apart inside and had to wait over an hour for it.

The staff were amazing. Every person was not just polite, but friendly, professional, and always helpful. They go the extra mile. The location was great, in the heart of everything with easy access to the rest. Good food and drinks all around, and at the hotel.

We will be back!!

Perfect location!! Just around the corner from the St Steven's Green, all the Grafton St shopping, and directly across the street from the Hairy Lemon Pub and Bambinos pizza which has a consistently long line. But we tried the pizza and it's worth the wait!! We walked to all the sights from here and did not need any cabs. The hotel has a beautiful bar, a lovely coffee bar and excellent and friendly staff. The cocktails were craft and the coffee was hot and delicious. The hotel decor is modern and fresh. It was decorated beautifully for the holidays as was ALL of Dublin. Our family of 6, included teenagers and young adults, and we were comfortable in the family room with bunks!! Super fun to all stay together like that. The beds were also very comfortable and the bedding was cozy. The housekeeping was generous with towels and water was always available. Good value for the expense. I would def stay here again!

A fitness facility, even a small one, would be nice! Would be nice to get a morning workout in before eating and drinking my way through Dublin! It was a bit rainy on and off so going for a run/walk wasn't always possible.

Great location

The location was excellent and the breakfasts were very good. It is a very good spot to see Dublin as you are close to everything and still get the quietness from the busy city below.

The rooms looked much bigger in the photo's but in fact they were extremely small, especially for the price you are paying I don't feel its worth it.

Location was excellent.. it was in the middle of everything and surrounded by good restaurants Size of the room was good for a family of 4. also there are separate toilet and bathroom and it avoids waiting time breakfast was good and the staff accommodative
