Delightful stay and i would return in a heartbeat.

Check in was a breeze with friendly staff and an early check in - which i was very grateful for. My room was super spacious, clean and had everything i needed. Bathroom was set up nicely and i loved the shampoo/ conditioner/ hand wash/ body lotion sets... i think it was called "Aromatherapy " ? Breakfast was a hive of activity but the waitstaff were excellent and found a table for me without too much wait. The breakfast itself was delicious and came super fast. I found it to be in a good location - although i do not know Dublin very well so not sure... I liked that they had a bottle of water in the room that you could fill for free from a unique water filling station downstairs. I looked in at the gym but didn't use it, it seemed to have the essentials.

The coffee was tasty but pretty tepid when it arrived.

Lovey stay, needed vegan options for room service

Nice and clean, comfortable . Staff great

Only downfall for me was the lack of vegan food for room service. Came in from night out , last thing I want is a salad 🙈 need a hot vegan option or at least a vegan sandwich. I’d have ate toast and been happy! Vegan options at breakfast were good.

We were given a room that did not look anything like the room we booked. When booking, we were shown a room with large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the river. What we got instead was a room with two very, very tiny windows, with no river view at all, since they were positioned so high that I had to stand on my tiptoes just to look outside. The hotel reception tried to gaslight us in the most impolite way. Also, on the morning we checked out, the receptionist was extremely impolite. Overall: a terrible, terrible experience.

The hotel was well located, the staff was amazing and very knowledgeable and helpful. They help with cabs, activities, etc. The location was good. You can walk to most attractions and get to touristy or more local restaurants.

The food. The expensive tea was an abomination. Our reservation was at 4pm, our food arrived to the table at 5pm, at 5:10pm we still had not been asked what type of tea we wanted, at 6 or 6:30pm they told us they needed the table back for dinner. The breakfast was plentiful with nice service but kind of bland. Great breakfast places nearby though.

The hotel felt new and clean. Loved that there were snacks and drinks (for a fee) in the room. Excellent gym. Easy walk downtown and felt safe. The breakfast was fantastic too and the grab and go breakfast was perfect for the morning we left early for the airport.

As with most hotels in Dublin there’s no parking on site. There is a nearby parking garage but you can’t leave before 8am on a Sunday so we had to find street parking the last night before our early flight, which was a bit difficult. However staff were helpful and it was just a slight inconvenience.

I didn’t realise that booking through here means I lose my Hilton Honors benefits. The room was comfortable but nothing spectacular being a superior king room. For the price I paid I expected a bit more. My shower door was also broken and it wouldn’t close. The pastries at breakfast were so dry, I had to leave it after one bite. Everything apart from the freshly made items, was just very low quality.

The location was great, on the city center, close to everything. Unfortunately at night it was not that nice area and one needs to be careful on the streets nearby.

It is difficult to understand how this hotel holds a 5-star rating. Out of the 1,000+ hotels I have stayed in throughout my professional career, this was by far one of the worst in terms of value for money. Prices are extremely high, yet the quality offered is very poor. Although the property is located on the river quay, the entrance is hidden away on a small side street. The lobby is dark and small, setting a disappointing first impression. Breakfast is basic, with little variety, and remains identical every single day. The staff appears to consist almost entirely of inexperienced trainees, hesitant to answer questions or make decisions, which makes it frustrating to request even simple assistance. The room quality is equally underwhelming. The furniture feels cheap, the bathroom is finished with low-grade tiling, amenities are limited, and the noise from engines traveling through the air-conditioning vents makes it difficult to rest. I had booked a King Deluxe room, but upon arrival was given an inner ground-floor room facing a courtyard and the breakfast area. With curtains open, guests having breakfast could actually see directly inside the room—an unacceptable lack of privacy. After refusing this, I was downgraded to a small twin room yet still charged the same rate. Overall, this hotel offers little more than its location, and in every other respect fails to meet even basic expectations of a 5-star (or even 4-star) property. It is however a masterclass in how to charge a fortune for delivering the bare minimum by pretending to be a design boutique hotel.

Great location, close enough to Temple Bar and walking distance to many attractions. Jose one of the concierge was great - gave us good recommendations for food and places to visit.

They are doing remodeling and had no view at all, the window was covered by tarp and construction tools.

This hotel is so nice, the room we had was beautiful. The staff were all lovely and helpful. The location is perfect for close and easy access to the temple bar area. I would recommend and I would stay here again, if the price was right.

Perfect for purpose

The location was amazing, and the room was beautiful, clean, and modern. The breakfast was unbelievable, the service was amazing, and the food was excellent. We appreciated being able to hold our luggage during the day, and the staff were accommodating with a later checkout. The gym facilities were good and modern for a typical hotel gym. The whole building was clean and luxurious, and I would stay again. Quiet despite being so close to the main centre, being over the river helped. Super comfy bed and modern bathroom facilities.
