Excellent location with onsite parking included, spotlessly clean, welcoming and friendly reception, large room and bathroom, very comfortable and quiet considering location, bus service outside.

Couldn't fault the Hotel, it had only just opened and had limited rooms available and Bar/Restaurant was not yet open so was room only basis.

The location is very good, busses outside the door to get into town. Food, shops and a bar a very short walk away 5-10mins. The staff were very helpful. The bedroom is lovely - very spacious with a comfy couch. Big TV, tea & coffee etc. The bathroom & toilet is great - double showers powerful flow of hot water, huge double ended bath, heated towel rail, two wash basins, and separate toilet in a different room too. Free parking outside The hotel is very nice, has great potential with a few little adjustments...

Obviously as it has just opened not everything is up and running yet and we were made aware of that so not an issue whatsoever There is a lovely big TV but no ariel was plugged in so no live TV channels. The windows are very big and only a roller blind on them so it was a bit noisy throughout the night with traffic, and a little on the cold side - nice thick big curtains would be great. These comments relate to the the room we stayed in - other rooms may differ...

The staff were really quick to support (ie. Tuning the TV in for firestick use), room was huge and lovely, bed was comfortable. Out of hours access easy. Location was good for the aorcoach (stops right outside).

The beautiful building and the room we had was fabulous- a family room which exceeded our expectations.

The property was great we didn’t dislike anything - the staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful
