Very spacious hotel & layout was good nice bar & relaxing area hotel lovely had everything we needed staff v helpful & friendly breakfast was lovely good choice we had the bar food too v nice & there was a private carpark
Everything was good only thing car park spaces was v tight to get in & out of space but staff were v helpful with that

Great location next to Herbert Park. Fabulous views. Stunning Dodder River runs beside the hotel. Lovely walks.
Great Italian restaurant across the main road.
Excellent café / restaurant AVOCA 10 mins walk. Truly fabulous.
Large Room in the Herbert Park Residences.
Furnished well.
Terrace 2 floors below had smokers sitting smoking for long periods of time... Smoke went straight up into our room so we had to keep our sliding doors closed.
Strongly recommend a policy of no smoking on the terraces.
2 guests on the terrace were determined to talk and smoke into the early hours... Despite being asked not to.

This was our first time staying at the Herbert Park Hotel for a concert in the Aviva, a little bit of luxury and comfort right on the door step. Check out not until 12 midday added bonus; all staff extremely friendly from check in and the bar (hope you enjoyed the gig Sunday night)
There is a €15 charge for hotel guests for car parking to be expected in Dublin but with the cost of the room appears excessive
