Great location in a very nice and calm neighbourhood, close to public transport and the centre. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the bed was very comfy.
Small sink and low water pressure in the top floor, and extremely noisy hot water device on the shower, but nothing terrible.

Great family room with comfortable beds in a super nice neighborhood.
Not too touristy. Supermarkets, Starbucks, bus stations, great pubs, restaurants very close by.
All good 👍

The garden room 108 we initially thought, where have they have put us, but it was quiet and pleasant enough. Not sure what it would be like in winter or the height of summer.
Thought the breakfast was very average. Hot food wasn't that hot or freshly cooked (bacon, sausage & hash browns had all been cooked some time before and kept "warm".
No bean to cup coffee options, only filter coffee.
