Disappointing.

Very modern, nicely finished

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. On arrival, very little information was provided regarding breakfast, check-out times, parking, or restaurant/dining options. Clear communication in these areas would have made the experience much smoother. The room was extremely cold. I turned the heating up to full and even left it on while I went out, but it was still cold when I returned. I contacted reception to ask if the heating was broken. A colleague came to check, acknowledged that it was on, but insisted it was working and said there was nothing he could do. While I knew it was switched on, it clearly wasn’t producing heat. Eventually, a portable heater was sent to the room, but it felt like I had to argue for it. I paid for a comfortable room and feel a heater should have been provided immediately, without dispute. Breakfast was also poorly explained. When we arrived, we weren’t told how it worked — whether we could order at the table or what the process was. We were simply told to “enjoy” and left without guidance. Breakfast consisted of pre-made dishes, which meant limited choice and having to select items I didn’t like. For the price paid, I would have expected more variety, the ability to build my own breakfast, or at least the option to order something to my preference. Overall, I don’t feel the experience met expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here or choose to return.

could be a lot better.

the location was good, close enough to the city centre. the rooms were comfortable and practical. check in/out was quick and easy, nice area to stay.

expensive deposit - i made myself aware of this deposit before booking as i had emailed a staff member to ask how much it is, i was told 50euro. on the day of arrival, i was told i had to pay 100euro despite telling them about the email. car park was expensive but the main problem was that the price was never mentioned until check out (30euro a night). we ordered fries at the roof top bar which took 30 minutes to arrive - were very clearly microwaved. chips were steaming hot but the cheese was cold. charging 9euro for that is shameful.

The hotel was very clean with modern decor. The room was lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. Valet parking made arrival and departure very easy. The valet was very friendly and helpful.

Good but not great

The room was comfortable, spacious enough and had complimentary tea, coffee, and water available.

Room service options are very limited. The hotel has a restaurant downstairs which has maybe about 8-9 mains as an options and that all you get. The property also does not have a spa/pool which I already knew as per the booking, but those amenities always just make the trip slightly better.

Nothing, we didn't get to stay.

They over booked the hotel so we didnt get a room. We booked 3 months prior and didn't tell us until 1030 am the day we were to arrive. They got us a room at their "sister' hotel but it was a 30 minute drive away. Wasn't enjoyable experience.

Nice clean modern hotel. The bed was very comfy and the shower was great.

The room was a bit hot. And the air con couldn’t go below 18 also windows didn’t open so the staff gave us a fan. But if the air con could be lower it would all have been great

The hotel’s location is excellent, with a beautiful rooftop bar

We didn’t get the room we had reserved, and only after 2 nights were we moved to the one we selected. On the second to last day, we found the rooftop bar, which is a shame they didn’t provide that information at the reception. On the third day, we didn’t get any coffee or milk with the machine in the room.

Manager thinks he’s a dictator

Beautiful hotel stayed many many times will never be back

The duty manager was easily the rudest person we’ve ever encountered, refused our deposit because he said card only when we asked on 1st of march 3 days prior if it was ok and were advised it was absolutely ok, I have the messages as proof and when my 7 month pregnant girlfriend showed him he said sorry policy changed since then, he was ignorant and rude and I pity the staff working with him .

Great and central location, beautiful hotel

Great location, you can walk everywhere or take a bus to all the sights, the rooms are comfortable and cozy, the view of the St. Patrick's cathedral is lovely and the view from the hotel bar on the 7th floor is fantastic. The staff is super nice and I absolutely recommend eating at the Tenters gastropub on the ground floor, great drinks, fabulous food and outstanding hospitality by the staff

Only thing that was a pain was the sliding door of the bathroom, if you were small or an elderly person it would have been impossible to open and close them properly
