The bed was very comfy and rooms were well air conditioned with a handy hdmi port near the tv to use for anything you might need. Found it handy having the hairdryer near the mirror.

I had emailed previously to request an early check in no one ever got back to me to say yes or no. I had asked at time of arrival (around 12.30pm) was there any way to check in earlier and a man called eybar just blankly said no rooms arent ready. My partner, my infant son and i couldn't get food in the hotel as they only do breakfast & dinner so we had to leave reception to go out to find food elsewhere. Upon arriving back to the hotel around 1.45pm soaked from rain I again enquired was there any way to check in early or was the room ready and same guy said no. At 2.20pm as we waited in reception 4 adults approached and asked about checking in and were originally told no then eybar suggested to them if they paid an extra €50 they could check in early. After they left i asked why we weren't given that option and could we check in now and he said let me check then immediately said yes for extra 50 euro without so much as an apology or suggesting that option to us. His customer service skills were abhorrent and I felt like we were treated like second class citizens because we had a child with us. To make matters worse during the stay we found the room hadnt been cleaned properly as there was someone's makeup pencil underneath the table and the sheer curtain pole in the window felt down on my infant as well the morning we were leaving and i was told its only a tension rod. To say I felt like leaving is an understatement for the price of 300 and then extra 50 euro to check in 30 mins early just seems like a rip off. The receptionist offered to fill in an accident report form but I declined because I just wanted to leave that morning. There was a night security and a barman who were both very nice to my son but the original guy has put me off staying here again as I felt he was only interested in making more money out of me.
