Good and cheap! Lovely staff!

This hotel lives up to its name! Staff member Marija Marta was very kind and attentive! As for the room, the price was super fair for what it offered.

It would be nice to have the option to open the window, the room is quite small. And also to have the television connected to the internet, at least to watch YouTube.

except that no microwave and that’s bad. Microwave they said is only available to staff. Not fair. Imagine carrying food to warm at a neighbour’s house and they learning that we were from easy hotel.

A budget Dublin stay

Good location and well connected to the Lucas and buses. Staff were friendly and it was okay for us as this was a one night stay.

If we were staying longer the room would have been very small and lacked amenities like a second pillow and tables. The bin also didn’t have a bin bag and was in need of a deep clean..pricey for what it is although seemed on par for the general Dublin prices.

It was grand for one night

Location. Close to train station and public transport. It's a functional hotel. Does the job if you are looking for a place to lie down for a night or two.

It is the first ever hotel that I have used where there was no kettle in the room. Had to go down three floors to a vending machine in the reception area, where the coffee cost an additional €3.50.

Very disappointing

The young ladies on the front desk were the only good part, they were polite and very helpful.

Price, room tiny, bed hard, no storage, TV useless (Irish stations only), pillows too thin to be of any use, even though checkout was ten am, housekeeping were knocking the door at nine fifteen to see if we were still there! Tops of skirting boards not cleaned in a while, sweet wrapper visible on top of the air conditioning unit over the door, no separate extraction fan in bathroom. All over really poor and overpriced.

There is not a lot to like about this hotel, other than the staff. It is even more basic than advertised.

The most under equipped hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Beds were uncomfortable, pillows are non existent and there was zero space in the room. Over priced.

I had a wonderful stay at EasyHotel Dublin and I truly think it’s a great choice for a short trip to Dublin (I stayed 4 nights). The value for money is excellent. I booked a twin room. Indeed, the room was not big (as one could already tell from the photos), but the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was quite spacious! Contrary to some reviews I had read before arriving, I was not disturbed by any noise and slept very well throughout my stay. A special thank you to the staff for their warm welcome and attentive service. Marija, Jeannine, and Gustavo were especially kind and helpful – thank you! I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this hotel for my next stay in Dublin and I highly recommend it.

Very convenient and lean. Cheaper than other hotels. A decent location, about a 15-20 minute walk to temple bar.

The room is very small. Barely liveable for a couple. We spent 3 days in the room so eventually the lack of space and claustrophobia kicks in. You also cannot open the window which was annoying. We couldn’t let fresh air into the room and had to rely on the air conditioning always

Cozy, clean-ish, cheaper-than-a-hotel room

Staff were (weird experience with check-in staff though) friendly and the room was *generally* clean. Given a medium sized towel to shower with. Bathroom small and felt safe. Cute room layout. Window overseeing the street and tram line so a bit noisy at times but definitely not unmanageable. Check out staff was very sweet

Staff only asked me for ID, not the person behind or in front of me. When I asked them in a lift if they had had stayed before, they said it was their first time too. Also got asked to keep a card on file, again the people behind and in front of me were not asked this, so extremely strange. All three of us were female solo travelers, only difference is they were white. Would go again if I was on a budget but otherwise, odd customer service experience overall. Bedroom looked as though it has not been hoovered or mopped in a few days.

Convenient and cozy

Location was convenient to most of the other side of the river, within walking distance to most tourist destinations, and close to bus/rail. Front desk staff were wonderful and helpful, with good knowledge of the area and city, willing to answer questions. Room was quiet and enough for our needs (although small by North American standards- but expected for Europe), and the option to have 2 beds was appreciated. Thank you, All!

My only (minor) complaint is that the window blind didn't fully close, as the bed was too close. Would be nice to have a way to fasten the curtain closed. Due to North American inbound flights, would have liked the option to check in early (if room available).

Wanted as a comfy spot for one night but didn’t meet these expectations.

The staff were lovely and helpful, particularly Hector who checked us in. Location was good and the hotel is very modern. Nice that they are eco-friendly.

Rooms very small, no space to store any suitcases in the room. No facilities in the room at all. Bed and pillows uncomfortable, only one flat pillow per person. Partner is 6 foot and his feet hanging over the end of the bed all night. Rhythmic banging noise outside window all evening and all night (sounded like rain dripping into gutter but very loud?) and sound of Luas prominent from early mornings. Lucky my partner had noise cancelling earplugs otherwise he would not have slept. Rang after midnight to pay for late check out (€20 to extend to 1pm) only for housekeeping to knock very loudly at 8:30am when earliest check out is 10am 🤦‍♀️ No phone in the room to ring reception, no kettle, no hairdryers, no glasses in the bathroom. An info card in the room explaining that hairdryers can be requested at reception would be helpful as I only know this now after reading other reviews. I am still in the hotel as I write this at 9:10am as I have been awake since housekeeping knocked and due to the banging and luas outside.

Beds are uncomfortable and bedding is minimal, two flat small pillows to lie on and thin cheap duvet. Room is tiny, which is fine but there are no mod cons like iron, phone etc. Fine if there is nowhere else in the city and you need somewhere to stay, but I wouldn't choose to stay here if there are better quality options at the same price point.

Staff at reception - one girl in particular - very rude and unfriendly. Not a great start to the trip to be greeted with someone so rude. The room is TINY. Doesn't feel like good value for money.

Good budget accommodation in a good location

Good value budget hotel in a good location. LUAS and buses are nearby which will take you anywhere if you don't like walking. Small room but I expected that. My room was clean and quiet. Plenty of sockets. Staff friendly. Good for a 1-2 night stay! I would stay here again! My rating is based on comparable hotels, not luxury ones!

Nowhere to store your bag/stuff in room. No desk. Not even a paper cup in the bathroom.
