It was very clean and the bedroom and bathroom was superb, the prices in the bar were reasonable. All in all highly recommended

If you want a comfortable stylish place, a bit off the main area, but short walk to all.

The room was good, updated, stylish and clean. It was relativity quiet and comfortable. The staff was very helpful with recommendations and advice for our short stay. bed was very comfortable.

it was located in a commercial area, on a busy street. But it was a short walk to the areas that were of interest. But that made it quite in the evening, whichI we liked.

Comfortable, well-serviced hotel near area top of Grafton St.

Reception staff were very good, and room was comfortable and clean. The location is good for access to the area near the top of Grafton St., and the various art works and design of the hotel are refreshing.

For the price, I certainly expected a hot breakfast (not simply 'continental'....especially on cold winter mornings). Had I researched this better, I probably would have chosen elsewhere to stay.

I loved Arthaus Hotel, really convenient

The day time front desk man, Orio, was exceptional. He was so very helpful with directions and other information. My room was adequate, perfect size for just me traveling solo. The breakfast was great and at night a really nice bar to have a little night cap. Arthaus was near so much within walking distance, pubs, restaurants, shopping, 1-2 blocks away. Again, perfect for me traveling solo. I would definitely come back to Arthaus.

Perfect location for being downtown in Dublin.

We got the wrong keys when checking in. On our last morning at 8, someone opened our room without warning and then left again without a word or excuse. It didn't seem to bother the staff when we discussed it with them.

A good stay over all, could have been better

I really liked the colours and the artistic style of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable. Members of staff were extrodinary and very Kind 😊

The Windows are old and there is no phonic isolation from the main road. The hallways are very tight and there is an old smell. They do not have a hot breakfast.

Fantastic hotel and location!

Location was fantastic. Very walkable to most things tourists want to do or see in Dublin. Rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Great showers and water pressure, too. The staff was incredibly helpful. Loved the vibe of the rooms and the rest of the hotel, great decor.

Stylish hotel close to all amenities

It is stylish, the bed and bedding was very comfortable. It had a good hair dryer. Most of the staff were really nice. The coffee was nice and we were given a biscuit and bottle of water each in the room.

We were expecting a pink room which I was excited about and then had green. I was a bit disappointed. Also, our window was broken so the room was really cold and was noisy if the curtain wasn’t closed. There is no heat in the bathroom so I was too good to have a shower in the two days I was there. I can’t imagine how cold the room would be in winter! The breakfast was only a continental, I didnt realise so was a bit disappointed when we realised.

Room was poorly designed. Had to back up toward bathroom to get out of door. Not enough room for toilet. Knees were under the sink & against the metal work under the sink. My son is 6'4" & had to sit somewhat side ways on the toilet.

The location and room accommodations were great. Unfortunately upon arrival, we were very rudely met by Daniel at the reception desk. We had called earlier in the day to go over the details of our reservations to ensure a smooth check in as we were arriving at 1am from the airport. I spoke with a lovely gentleman, Oriel, who confirmed our details, took payment and also offered us a complimentary upgrade to a king room, instead of the queen room we originally booked. Splendid!!! Not so fast, upon arrival Daniel curtly informed us that all he had was a double room and that they were full for the night, but maybe we could change rooms in the morning. I was shocked with hearing this and his terrible attitude. He was very dismissive of our concerns and seemed to be on a power trip of some kind, because after 10 minutes of bantering he magically handed us keys to a king room. I want to also acknowledge Oriel as an amazing part of the staff at the hotel.

The beds and pillows were insanely hard. Our room was so tiny that the sink was at the foot of the bed and the bedframe rubbed into the nightstand so that it squeaked every time you moved. We got zero sleep at this place.

Nice, quirky, comfortable, conveniently located hotel.

Staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Surprisingly upscale shower. Location was close to St. Stephen’s Green, Grafton Street, restaurants. Short walk to Dublin Castle and Trinity areas. Reasonable walk to Oscar Wilde museum north of the Liffey.

We really enjoyed our stay there!

The location was great; we could walk to many places we wanted to see. Also, the beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and responsive. When we couldn't sleep in the cot brought in for my third sister (the mattress was too thin), the staff was great about last-minute changes and finding an extra room for us that we could have for two nights. I loved the bamboo toothbrush provided in the rooms!

The price was a little high, but that is expected in Dublin City center.
