Don’t come here if you need a good nights sleep

Nice friendly staff, nice room with great bathroom. Breakfast selection superb.

On arrival was told that they were fully booked and only had an accessible room or one at the back of the property which would be quiet. This room 1111 overlooked the hotel’s noisy air-conditioning units and had both windows glazed so they could not be seen out of. One was completely blocked by the ac units and the other partially so little or no light coming in. Was effectively a room with no external windows at all. The accessible room offered was unsuitable and tiny, so I had no option but to take the other room. Certainly didn’t look like the pictures.

Hotel was modern and good location

I was told I could pay with my one4all card over phone, but on checkout I was told I couldn't. This caused disappointment as I had to spend money i was not expecting to spend

Excellent location and really comfortable stay in a great hotel

We enjoyed the evening in Dublin City but the hotel did not live up to what it says on the website just average.

The reception and bar area was nice

The rooms were very small the toilet made a running water noise all night the heating was hard to regulate and you had to do it yourself and we found a used ladies false nail on the bedroom floor therefore we felt the room wasn’t cleaned properly.

Near Perfect!

OMG, everything! Deluxe! We were a group of 7 and had 3 rooms next to each other. Staff were awesome. Bar downstairs was fantastic. We were only booked for 2 nights but changed our plans and stayed for 6, so that should say it all. Lots of good areas in walking distance. If we had actually worked out the public transport, we could have gotten around even better. I would definitely stay here again.

It is on the pricey side, more so for us because we had 3 rooms but you get what you pay for.

Going to this hotel during the holiday season was like walking into a Christmas movie, absolutely beautiful building, stunningly decorated and warm and welcoming stuff. Couldn't rate it highly enough !!! Amazing

Nice hotel watch out for noisy night clubs opposite

The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and made us feel warm and welcome. Breakfast choice was amazing

Do not book a room at the front of the property we were on the 4th floor and were disturbed by the revelry from the night clubs opposite until 4:30 in the morning Saturday night and again until 1:30 on Sunday night.

Irish hospitality ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wow, this hotel was just exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we got a lovely warm welcome from the friendly staff and a gorgeous fire warming us up in reception. We were staying for the Dublin City Marathon and had a few meals here, one with 13 of us. The food was lovely, the staff were great, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Gita was incredible in the restaurant as were most of the staff we met. Our room was near the roadside on our first night and we found it a little noisy, but once we mentioned it, we were moved straight away without any fuss. That level of customer service and the genuine effort to make things right isn’t something you find everywhere, these people are exceptional. The warmth and hospitality here really capture what Ireland is all about. A special word of thanks to Orla and Brandon, who looked after our every need and went above and beyond for us. We’ll certainly be back!

Coffee service in room very 1980’s. The carpet was dirty and needed to be replaced. Toiletries were also old fashioned, tiny and mediocre. These could be focused on an exciting ore Ireland / Dublin based provider and not tiny holiday inn style. Again 1980’s feel

Clean and friendly but....

Staff were very friendly and rooms very clean. Didn't use the bar or breakfast but all looked very enticing.

A check in time of 4pm seems a little much. Room was situated outside of the main hotel building, down some steps, in a basement. Our room was right next to the front door which banged all night with other guests going in and out. As the hotel is on the tramline- which is a good thing location-wise! - being just under street level meant the noise from it was very loud. The room had no view to speak of which was not explained when booking, nor was the fact that it was outside the main hotel. If this was clearly stated I would have no problem with it. Others who may not know the area might be unaware of the nightclub across the road so if you're at the front of the building you can enjoy the sound of that for most of the night.

Nice hotel but probably wouldn't stay here again

Beautiful lobby, rooms were a good size, staff was nice.

Our rooms air conditioner didn't work. I was told some rooms have air and some do not. Ours had air but didn't work. Our friends room did not come with air even though we booked a room with air. We both were given portable air conditioners. Not much around except late night bars. I was told by our taxi guy that the street in front of the hotel is one of the busiest, loudest street in Dublin late at night. We were on the backside and heard nothing. So I guess ask for a room away from the street. Staff was nice, nice restaurant on site.

Location, it's a nice hotel

I was on the 5th floor. The rooms are extremely warm. The rooms do not have AC. The room had a fan and then when we mentioned the heat of the room they gave us a plug in AC.(I had seen others on our floor with them) so we are expected to sleep with a fan on one side of the bed and a noisy AC machine on the other side of the bed. I had stayed before but it was during the winter. The hotel is nice but the heat on the 5th floor and inside the bedrooms was too much..I don't think I would stay there again.
