Overnight stay on return from London.

Location- near to city centre and Heuston station

As I was just there for 1 night it didn’t really affect me but there was limited space for storage of clothing.

It’s really close to the city, and also the personal is quite friendly and took care of us

Modern, clean and very comfortable. Very little noise both from inside or out (I stayed over a weekend and it was very peaceful).

A tad tricky to check in as it’s all automated, but was fine really.

Cosy, friendly and well situated

Beds were great and the room was lovely. Staff were also very friendly and polite. The lobby was also very nicely decorated, inviting and trendy. Very well located to get into town but also well positioned to easily get to Heuston Station with a 10-15min walk

The breakfast was very disappointing. While it was a buffet breakfast there wasn't much a spread to choose from so it wasn't as though I felt I was getting value for money in that sense. There was not hot options such as eggs, oat meal or breakfast meats. I would get breakfast elsewhere next time.

Great location and fine for a night in the city.

The location is ideal. And it’s very clean.

The bed was super uncomfortable and the air con hummed a constant pitched frequency. This is nothing to do with the hotel but the guests next door woke us up at 5am. Talking incessantly then proceeded to smash something on the floor.

Poor value for money

Close to Luas stop

Room is very small for the cost, there is much better value for money to be had in better areas. Customer service needs to be improved. I went to desk and said I was checking out, the staff member just said 'leave your key there', didn't ask me how my stay was or say goodbye even. All three time I went to reception I had to wait several minutes for a staff member.

Small but comfy

Very small room but has everything you need for a good night's sleep. One of the comfiest hotel beds i have slept on! Good value and 3 minutes walk to luas line. Close to Heuston Station. Staff at breakfast all really friendly. Breakfast only continental options, but all nice and suited me fine.

Rooms are tiny. I was staying along so it was fine. It would be a squeeze sharing with another person.

Great location, convenient, clean and friendly!

Nice, comfortable beds; very clean and tidy; and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also really liked the location, especially if you’re into alternative spots.

They had a very loud band playing until 11 p.m. on Sunday. The noise was so intense it could be heard even on the third floor. This isn’t very considerate for guests who need to wake up early for flights. I would suggest avoiding events like this in the lobby. The other events, such as the acoustic guitar and salsa dancing, were fine because they weren’t disruptive. But having a heavy rock band in such a small space felt like an odd choice for a hotel, and I say this as a metal fan.

Good location but extremely small room

The location is good, close to many cafes and 15 minutes walk to Temple bar and main tourist attractions. The hotel is clean.

The room was extremely small, smallest hotel room I have ever seen. No wardrobe or space to put clothes. No plugs to charge devices next to the bed which was a bit strange. Ok for a weekend but would need a bigger and more comfortable room if staying longer.

Good aesthetic and location, limited space and customer service

We loved the location and the aesthetic of the hotel. We loved the modern feeling and the fresh artwork. The entertainment was good and we enjoyed a nightcap in the bar.

The room was very small - there was only room to get into the bed from one side. It was quite expensive for a few nights to stay. The shower gel in our room was empty after our first night and wasn’t checked and replaced by housekeeping. The staff seemed friendly like they might have been short staffed. They weren’t rude but they didn’t seem like they wanted to go the extra mile.

Smallest room and not that clean

The property was conveniently located in Smithfield. Newly refurbished building

We did not enjoy our stay. The rooms are incredibly small, the « double room » had no space for even one luggage to be opened, let alone three as we were two adults and a toddler. The smallest bed and room, poorly designed with cheap material. It wasn’t clean well, there was visible damp on the curtain and in the bathroom. When we asked for the room to be cleaned it was just sprayed heavily with room freshener.. toxic for a toddler. We asked for a bigger room and willing to pay, but the staff just rude all the way around. No availability for early check in although we had a toddler, total lack of flexibility and professionalism

Accessible, great for groups because of the bunk rooms m, Patrick (staff) was absolutely amazing he looks after us so well. So kind and bubbly and fun!

Not much.

Awful deprived location. Around the corner from the probation office so you can imagine the types hanging around. Awful views of run down areas. Room was uncomfortably tiny and poorly set up. Asked for an iron about 10 times. Never came. Phone just rang out on reception most of the time. Lifts took ages and often taken by staff. Would exoect a lot, lot better for over £300 a night. Avoid.

Good hotel in downtown Dublin, with compact rooms which have what you need,

The hotel is in a great location in the heart of downtown Dublin. The rooms were quiet and well-maintained. It is pricey like any downtown hotel, but not excessively so.

I didn't sleep as well as I would have liked, mainly because Dublin was having a heat wave and the bed covers are designed to keep you warm. In normal weather this may not be a problem, but in summer it is not so great.

Room was clean but absolutely tiny for the price. Windows didn’t open and it was so hot and stuffy I didn’t sleep. The reception told me the next day there was an air con but it wasn’t hot outside…that seems wasteful?

Just fine for what we needed--a moderately priced place to sleep in a convenient location.

Great location--just a short walk away from from some tasty restaurants. We enjoy lovely G&Ts in the lounge. Neighborhood a little gritty but felt safe.
