It’s a nice room generally but needs some work to be more comfortable.

The room itself looks nice and is in a decent location

The bathroom needs some work as there’s very obvious wear and tear such as bowing on the door which is hard to close properly. It was also a bit cool in the room and you hear everything which means if someone watches tv in another room you’ll hear it. Sound proofing wouldn’t go amiss to allow guests privacy

Pleasant couple of days.

The room was very small and a little awkward to get around the bed however it was nice having the bathroom and shower in suite. I spent most of my days outside so it was perfect for just myself and it was a good value. Staff was noce too

Enjoyable room and great location away from the busyness of the O'Connell area.

Well we were initially pleasantly surprised when we arrived outside the Tipperary - not really knowing what to expect - obviously we saw the photos when we booked, but reality is often different. Once inside we were very pleased with our booked room, especially the view across to the park from our front room. Good bathroom and other services. We made use of the Hotel next door to park our car overnight as well as for dinner, breakfast and lunch.

A decent tiny hotel.

It was fairly affordable compared to being placed in central Dublin near Heuston Station, it was by no means a luxury hotel, but the room had what was required if you were only there to sleep which I was. I picked the hotel out of strategic consideration, having just finished a considerable car journey I needed a place where I could park the rental car near by (parking lot at Heuston Station) and I needed to be fairly near the inner city so I could get a decent meal. Tipperary house covered those needs. The service was all right and the room was clean. I also like that they have a room with separate beds.

While it was cheap if compared to a normal decent hotel-room in Dublin, the room was really crammed and the bathroom was shared which is hostel stuff and if you compare it to a hostel it is more expensive. I wont nag too much about the price since I would pick this over a hostel.

Fantastic Stay with Great Facilities

Fantastic location with easy walking distance to the city centre and nearby restaurants. Great spacious room with facilities such as microwave and fridge, very big and comfortable bed. Clean and affordable place would stay there again!

No opportunity for earlier check in or possibility to leave the luggage for free. We had a sponge for washing up but no washing up liquid. An extra larger bin in the room would’ve been nice.

Great one night stay on a budget

The accommodation served a purpose. We arrived late in Dublin and needed one nights accommodatiin close to Heuston Station. The guy on check-in was very polite, friendly and helpful. He recommended pubs to eat in and helped us up the stairs with our suitcases. The room was tiny, however, extremely clean and it met all of our requirements.

Not what was expected at all.

The room was cute, but small.

The listing said this was a bed and breakfast, but there was no food or facilities at all outside the room. The room was hot, stuffy, shower would not really drain, and it is right beside the train so it kept you up all night. Also, outside smelled like urine, not great area compared to the rest of the areas we visited.

Just thank you for this wonderful experience!

For the offered price my friend and I got a great room. Clean, comfortable mattress, lots of coffee and tea, there was also water. Nice interior and lighting. Transport is right outside the door, bus and train stops in Houston are 10 minutes away. The pleasant staff left a good impression, they also offered to leave our things for free on the day of departure, so that we could continue our walk without bags while we waited for the train. Thank you very much for your work!

Really the only minus that I would call a personal nitpick is the smell in the room. It smelled damp and a little musty, but after leaving the window open for airing for a whole day the smell gradually went away. Just a recommendation to air out the rooms more often, it will make the atmosphere really better even for those who don't pay attention to it.

The Tipperary Inn is ok for

It was in a very convenient location near the rail station and AirPort Express bus station. There was great communication from the staff though I didn’t interact with them in person.

The room was very rustic and only passably clean. There was a large cabinet in my room with broken locks. At first I was concerned it went to an adjoining room, but I discovered it was a pullout bunk bed. It would be good to make people aware of this.

Clean and near Houston station where you can catch the tram and some buses.

Very small room around 8- 9 square meters. No hooks nor hangers in the bedroom and bathroom where you can hang your towels or clothes. There are small drawers on one side though.

Hidden gem

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was amazing, opposite the tram and bus station with gorgeous bars and restaurants a few minutes walk away. Live music and delicious (much cheaper food than temple bar) food and live music!! Very comfy beds, tea, coffee, bottled water. TV and sink in the room were a bonus!

The bathroom smelt a little damp, however it was clean with hot water and good shower pressure.

Friendly, practical but not good for someone wanting a rest.

Close to the city center and to Heuston station. The gentleman who registered me was kind and informative.

I was in a room overlooking the Luas. It was noisy! I also stayed out late with the hope of having a lay in the next morning but was unable to due to the noise! Unfortunately the walls are paper thin so I could hear every monvement including ever moment of the clean staff. I had booked for two nights by only stayed for one

Very affordable room, about 20 minutes walking distance from the centre of Dublin. Very clean and nice staff.

It was very noisy, at night we could hear neighbours snoring. Also on the picture it shows that there is a little sitting/bar area in the room, we didn’t have that, there was this random wooden thing instead? That was a little bummer cause now we had to eat on the bed.

Loved our stay in Dublin.

Messaged staff at the location regarding restaurants, the best way to get from Dublin airport and things to do. They responded very quickly and all advise was spot on. They messaged me to give force to enter property with other instruction on where to find out room card. First impressions www rd very good, nice and warm,bright and clean. Our room was very nice with a kettle, microwave, cutlery, plates and some bowls. Plenty of tea, sugar, milk And coffee. The room was nice and warm. Bathroom more than adequate. Very pleased.

The outside of property could do with a lock of paint, property looks a little tired from outside.

Loved the old vibe . The room was warm and comfortable. Situated a distance away from Connelly Street, where most of the tours start, but that is easily remedied with the bus or tram service . While the room was great, it did not have a bedside table nor a cupboard, or a chair as mentioned in the description. Posed a bit of a problem, but other than that, it's a great price for an affordable, comfy bed.
