Great location. Just across the river from the train station. Very clean and comfortable room. The hotel reception was friendly and very helpful. Very close to Guinness as well, always a bonus
A bit of a walk into town, but the Tram and buses run just out the front door of the hotel.

Tipperary House is clean, comfortable and convenient. It suited my needs well.
The only thing I noticed was that there were no blinds on the window. At night artificial light came in, and in the morning sunlight. I liked the openness, but I know some people would want the option of closing blinds.
