A short walk from Heuston. 24hr reception Comfy spacious room

I opted for breakfast which was a good value for money. No hot food which wasn't the issue but some yogurts and fruit would be nice also as part of the continental brekkie.

Phoenix Park Hotel served the purpose.

We selected The Phoenix Park because we planned on taking an early train the next morning. It feels more like you are visiting your old Auntie than in a hotel. It is homey. It was very clean. The staff was very helpful and pleasant!

So although it is homey, it is quite dated. The mattress was OK but could have been better. The bathroom was fine. The desk was very worn and needed to be refinished. The chairs were attractive enough but not very comfortable. The rugs definitely needed to be replaced. It was clean, but definitely needed a facelift!

Great location and lovely staff.

Staff were so lovely and helpful. I arrived early and was offered free tea / coffee till my room was ready. Then they stored my bags until I was ready to leave for the airport. . It was in a great location and a 5 minute walk to great pubs and the train station. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel to stay

The hotel is near Heuston Station ,Fenix Park and not so far from the city centre. The staff is very polite ,the bedroom was very quiet ,it is very clean and the breakfast was delicious too.

The hotel is in a great location, the facilities were very nice, and the bathroom was perfect.

The room's windows didn't insulate well, letting in a bit of street noise and a light cold. Not a big problem, but noticeable.

The room 330 on top floor at the rear had a horrible smell from bathroom or blocked drains. I complained and after the staff member coming and sniffing we got moved to a room 311 at the front which had no smell.

the room was quite dark and dingy. Our friends room was without water and while the hotel moved them the next morning, they spend a very uncomfortable night without any water to wash, flush the toilet, etc

Great location to Heuston Station. Staff were very nice.

Shower was cold (even after checking settings, never became warm) The carpet was quite dirty. Even though there were curtains, my room was right next to a bright light shining into the room so the room was never dark

Good hotel Dublin is now an uncomfortable city to walk around with open drug selling on streets.

Unfortunately Dublin city centre now has people openly selling drugs on the street very close to hotel.

Very nice and friendly staff at the reception first and foremost! Spacious room. Loved the fireplace in our room. Check out was 12 - even though we check out around 10 it was nice to know we do have until 12 - most places we stayed over the years were 10.30 or 11. So this was lovely. Luggage storage available.

The room above us - omg they were stomping like a herd of bulls since 6am running around the room like crazy and it woke us up. Impossible to go back to bed then.

We enjoyed our stay in this modest hotel. Staff was friendly and close. They provide you with all you need in your stay (hair dryer, towels, shampoo, body wash...etc). The price is very reasonable having into account it's Dublin.

The hotel is in walking distance to the Guiness Storehouse and train and trams. The breakfast was typical European, enjoyed the food and the nice comfortable wingback chairs. They also held our bags before check in, which was a great help.

Very nice old-style hotel. Convenient for Phoenix Park and Heuston station.

Nothing really, although we had a shock when we first arrived as the hotel was in the middle of a huge crowd of people - we discovered they were there for the Zach Bryan concert in the park that evening.
