Beautiful character hotel in lovely surroundings. Interesting history. Staff friendly and very helpful, especially Jackie for changing our room to a twin, much appreciated. Wish we could have stayed longer but hope to be back again soon.

Beautiful house and gardens, lovely staff, great pools, good breakfast.
Only small issue was our bathroom toilet was broken and leaking on the floor. We stayed in the stables which was very comfortable but the bathrooms really need updating.

Location is beautiful.
Noisy neighbours in the room next door kept me awake and spoiled my stay. Staff were apologetic but ineffective at managing the situation.
