    Beautiful place to stay. Great people. Cosy rooms. Lovely food. Great location for walking. Highly recommended. Will definitely be returning.

    This really is a little gem of an inn. Beautiful rooms, really clean and well appointed. Great food and drinks. Surrounded by nature hidden away right in the depths of the New Forest. However what really stands out about this place is staff. Everyone is friendly and has time for you as a guest. Really makes this one worth a visit if you are in the area.

    Room was excellent and value for money. Comfortable, clean, had everything you need, stylish and well furnished. Very comfy bed. Food was very much pre-packaged and microwaved, and quite expensive for what it was. Younger bar staff were very friendly and helpful, but the manager was very “computer says no” until / unless you pushed a bit - suffice to say she didn’t come across as enjoying the customer service part of her job. I’d say book for the room and enjoy it, but eat elsewhere.
