After a 15 he day I checked in to find no it water in the room and I was told there was no other rooms. After 15min of the staff member with there hand under cold water she agreed there was no hot water and she said she was going to re set the boiler. 25 min later I checked to see if there was any hot water and there was not. Reported it to receptionist again and found she had just been sat chatting. I complained again and miraculously there was now a spare room. The new room stunk of gag smoke. By this time it was 1030 and I wanted a shower and bed. Never ever again will I use days inn

Great little place to stay for a pitstop.

Convenient location for a quick overnight stay, plenty of parking as well as food and drink options available situated next to the property. Rooms surprisingly big and cosy, very quiet given the location off of the m27 and surrounding petrol station/outlets.

Cheap and a comfy bed but nothing really open after 8:30pm except McDonalds

It’s in a handy location and pretty cheap, the bed was very comfortable.

The noise from the room above was very loud up until about midnight, and the noise in the corridor was bad at times too. The heating wasn’t working so there was a small electric oil heater in the room instead. The garage and convenience shop was closed by about 8:30pm and the only option was McDonalds.

Very basic especially as it is priced very similar to holiday inn etc. not cleaned very well due to having sauce sachets left in random places all over. Says free wifi but it didn’t even work Tv channels were hit and miss Only tv in one room in the family room No plug sockets by the bed and none at all in the single bed room of the family room Water pipes were very noisy when next door was having a shower Not looked after, things like toilet roll holders falling off the door when you touch it. Felt itchy in bed so possible bed bugs. Not just in one bed either Just felt dirty being there

Did what it said on the tin and more, we would stay here again

The beds were comfy, although a bit high. The rooms including the bathroom were a really nice size. The 2 members of staff who were on reception were very helpful and pleasent. There was very little outside noise to say that the hotel was near the motorway. The rooms were clean and had what you needed to be comfortable.

The fan in the bathroom was quite noisy and the hot water tap did not flow it just trickled. It would have been nice to hace 2 chairs in the room, especially when you wanted to eat in there and a plug socket near the bed would of een really usefull.

Rubbish

The lady at reception is absolutely lovely and the location is ideal for peppa pig world but you have to go the long way up and down the motorway to get to it.

The room was filthy! Tiles hanging off the wall in the bathroom, dust and cobwebs in the room, the tap in the bathroom was disgusting, the mattress was badly stained. The location is alright but you have to go up and down the motorway and back on yourself to get back. There is no where to eat around apart from maccies and Leon’s, we drive 30 mins to go find a Nando’s! The beds are extremely uncomfortable! If we didn’t live in Manchester and it wouldn’t have took us 4 hours to get home, we wouldn’t have bothered staying the second night. Definitely not worth £162 for 2 nights!

Bit tricky to find on a sat nav as it sent us to a bridge over the motorway. Also be aware you need to be on the west bound services so may need to cross the motorway.

Very calm and quiet location. clean rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. We really enjoyed the weather which was fantastic. But it’s was a good value for the money compared to quite a limited options available around that location.

We felt quite warm when the windows closed since there was no A/C.

Comfy bed, convenient location for travelling through Southampton, very friendly and helpful staff.

One room smelled of cigarettes and there several butts on the ground outside the window; clearly the non-smoking policy is not being enforced.

No breakfast in the price which we knew. This meant you could choose your own stake tion from the various establishments and they offered a voucher deal. Staff v friendly and helpful
