Clean comfortable room. Good location for Southampton port and city centre. Breakfast and dinner were good too.

The staff were great. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Shirley who went over and above to look after us. The room was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good and we had one very nice lunch in the property. The location was great in that it was a five minute walk from the station. A bit more of a trek to get to the town centre, but no issues there. All in all, a very nice hotel.
Nothing really. It's not the Ritz. It's a functional hotel. A lot of the people staying there were getting ready to board a cruise ship. But it's clean, comfortable. The food's good. The people who work there are lovely.
