Charming and warm atmosphere in the outskirts of Genk

Surprises for the dogs in the room, nice atmostphere in the hotel, great service and unique charm and decor. Had dinner at the bar and the food was delicious!

Breakfast seemed a bit overprice so we did not try it, maybe next time.

Breakfast items should be labeled with allergens. Very high price at €28 pp. Gym needs towels and disinfectant spray. Snooker table was a nice touch but is missing key equipment (rests). No golf package information available at reception. Staff at reception and breakfast room were a bit grumpy

Expensive and small room but great location and very friendly staff

The staff are friendly, beds comfortable, the swimming pool nice, the quiet location and ability to rent bikes and we got a map with routes and water because it was really hot, sauna was optional, beds are good and room modern

The food in the bar was bad and expensive, the breakfast good but not special (no local or homemade products for instance), the rooms very small there is even no desk, there was no shampoo in the bathroom and the conditioner was next to the hand soap near the sink not in the shower, bathroom is also very small and has see through window from the bedroom when you are in the shower!

Generally a beautiful stay other than not very accesible public transport

The property is beautiful, not too far from the center, and so luxurious. The staff is very helpful, and while the breakfast is higher in price than average, it is worth it, as you can tell it is fresh and made with high-quality ingredients. We definitely would come again.

The bus on public holidays comes once an hour, so it is not the most accessible place to get to without a car, and you have to cross a busy road to get to the accommodation. This meant we weren't able to explore Genk at night not to have to cross the busy road with no side-walks when cars wont see us properly.

Very friendly staff, the grounds & golf course beautiful, very nice nature, restaurants & food excellent, breakfast a lot of choices, renting bikes convenient with great bike trails. Location convenient Nice pool

Room was seriously outdated, no airconditioner thus very hot, window open was very noisy with goofballs dropping in the machine during the night. Carpet old & dirty. Bathroom seriously unacceptable, needs updating and dark.

Very nice location in the nature, building very nice and well renovated. Interior of the Hotel nice, in the rooms ok. Everything was very clean. I didn’t try breakfast nor the two restaurants.

There were quite a few spots in the room that were a little old. The sink in the bathroom had cracks, the wallpaper on the wall was a little wrinkled, there were stains on the wallpaper in the bathroom, the shower was in a bathtub, the edges a little worn out. All in all not very bad, but it could me more modern.

The room was very clean. The robs and slippers were a pleasant surprise. The swimming pool with perfect temperature and extra towels. The food in bistro was also very delicious. Totally satisfacted. Highly recommend!

The hotel had no water from 10 am until 14 pm. That was inconvenient.

Nice hotel, great location in the nature while a short drive from Genk. Nice restaurant and very good breakfast. Very friendly staff.

On warm summer nights it is a minus that there is no aircon.
