Lovely hotel with a charming old‑school Italian vibe, kept in pristine condition. The owner and staff are genuinely welcoming, and the location right on the lake is absolutely beautiful.

The location is everything for this hotel. On the lake in the middle of the old town. To get there you have to negotiate the pedestrian zone. Our room had a balcony from which you could see the lake and the people walking past, just enough room for two people to sit at. Step out of the front door and you are straight into the heart of Sirmione.
