This is a version of heaven I’m sure of it. The rooms, the food, the staff, the location. I don’t have the words to say how perfect it is but I am forever blessed that I found this beautiful slice of paradise with my best friend.

This place is heaven. I wish this place could be my second and it appears that it is for some people. I hope it never gets too popular because it feels like a secret spot and I hope it stays that way

Beautiful rooms/houses in peaceful surroundings. Lovely garden and pool. Rooms are exceptionally beautiful. Staff very friendly. It is a small, intimate hotel. You feel more like a friend of the house than a tourist. Meals are served family style and we enjoyed many interesting talks with the owner and the other guests. Many are returning guests and we would also love to come back. Highly recommended if you are looking for a smaller and more intimate place.

Not the best wifi connection....

Cute property near central Ubud. My check in process was smooth, and I was well received by the team. Kind manager who attended to my concerns promptly and ensured I was refunded when I decided to leave early. The breakfast crumpets are absolutely delicious!

My experience seems to have differed from most, though I feel inclined to share it especially considering the vast options available for luxury stays in Ubud. Unfortunately, I didn't understand that the room I booked was located underneath another room and my small outdoor space was accessed by the upstairs guests (to enter and exit their unit). It was also located right next to the shared dining space and road, so street noise could not avoided-- especially from the outdoor bath. I originally booked 3 nights and only stated 1 for a few reasons-- first, I could hear every move made by my upstairs neighbors-- walking, dropping items, etc. No fault of theirs for normal use of their room. Second, around 9pm, an employee shined a flashlight into my bedroom window and on to my face while I was in bed. Perhaps this is completely out of the ordinary, but needless to say it is not what I expected from a luxury, 5* boutique hotel I had been eyeing for over a month. Other guests I met at breakfast expressed enjoying tons of privacy and quiet from other rooms and felt they were getting a great value. My expectations based on others' reviews had me picturing a tranquil sanctuary with impeccable service, and reality included lists of printed rules all over the room describing prohibited activities and warning guests they'd be charged for taking items, etc. Overall, vibe felt off. From my experience, I think prospective guests could benefit from the hotel including more details about each rooms' location and accessible spaces to set expectations accordingly. For me, luxury is an overall feeling inclusive of aesthetic, comfort and service more than it is a label.
