They also offer private photo session. For a traditional style accomodation, this place is really clean. and the food is also good.

If i come back to Bali I’m sure to stay here again… the property is huge and clean and well maintained.. the staff are amazing … they always have a smile on their face and they are sooo hospitable and prompt.. the food was also very much to my liking especially the breakfast which is not a buffet but more like order from menu - but the dishes were prepared impeccably.. they also planned everything well in advance for our convenience.. for example i was checking out early and travelling to nusa penida.. they anticipated the same and prepared a bf box so early.. even checkout formalities were completed a night before.. overall a wonderful stay and wonderful hospitability by staff

I booked the Grand Deluxe after reading the about reviews and amenities provided. I was actually really looking forward to my stay here. The location was 8 mins ride away from central UBUD, breakfast was very decent, and the staff were very sweet. However, after a tour of the property, I realized that I had rather skip the spa and pools. Then I arrived to a room with a dirty old bathtub and shower curtain, a bathroom lined with blue stained non-slip mats and dusty room floors. The staff eventually changed my room after I had told them I was not comfortable. I was moved to the Tirta Suite which was far better, but then it had old plastic shampoo bottles that kept breaking. I told housekeeping, instead of changing it, they told me it was "normal"?! Later, we had dinner in our room, and when we left came back in the afternoon the next day, they made the bed, but left the utensils and waste there...we had to call them to clear it.. These are very simple and frankly, common sense services. My stay here had really stressed me out. For ***/night in Bali , this hotel lacks the basic training and amenities in hospitality, I would highly suggest you to stay somewhere else.
