Stunning hotel, with incredible water features. Very luxurious and very Balinese.
Shame about the view of the huge gym opposite, but not the hotel fault.

The property is beautiful in the rainforest, we booked the Wooden Pool Villa
unfortunately the service did not meet the expectations for a 4-star hotel. During our 2-night stay, we struggled to get enough drinking water even after asking multiple times, despite clearly explaining our health concerns. Additionally, loud construction noise from neighboring properties started early in the morning, which disrupted our rest. For the price paid, this was disappointing. I hope they improve their service for future guests.
