I want to thank the staff from Blue Karma resort for their absolute kindness. Special thanks to Mr. Ariadi and his colleagues who took excellent care of us. Our room was absolutely amazing and the overall experience even more so! Thank you!
Some of the guests do not respect the resort's policy in regards to tranquility and general silence, which affects the relaxing experience. Influencers are sometimes present with their drones over the pool area which is not pleasant when trying to relax hearing the loud drone noise. I believe the staff should enforce the rules of the resort in a more proactive manner.
