The staff were amazing . The food in the resteraunt was excellent and beautifully presented. The room was very comfortable the canopy we had to lie on outside the room was amazing felt like you were in the jungle

Everything about this hotel was excellent. It was like a small sanctuary in the jungle. Highly recommended. The staff was very well-trained, people were extremely polite, the services were excellent, very quick and high level. Yoga instructor amazing and Tari from the SPA was a dream!!
One day in the middle of the night we heard a noise coming from the roof of our room. The night guard was there within a couple of minutes and dealt with it. They were extremely professional.
In this hotel you could have whatever you needed!
The restaurant could use some improvement in terms of taste.

Booked this for first 3 nights of our honeymoon so this was a splurge, esp considering there are cheaper places in Ubud. The room was beautiful as was the downstairs bathroom. loved the centre bed. We had breakfast included and that was fresh & tasty. We were able to rent scooters from the property to explore the surrounding area, & a taxi pickup. I had a parcel delivered for a camera lens and they were super chill with that.
There were renovations in the property nxt door so some construction work, though that is probably over by now.
