The room was exceptional. The staff in the restaurant were amazing and the food was varied but very tasty. The location was perfect, peaceful, relaxing whilst being close to Ubud. The floating breakfast (Birthday treat was superb) - The restaurant team sang Happy Birthday and surprised me with a cake which was very thoughtful.

Everything was great the staff is really nice and food breakfast and food is really good
Because the resort in the jungle
You will see lizards and frog outside the room
The room clean and they making sure its clear
Also the resort at night kinda scary

the environment and the room’s view was exceptional.
the room is also huge
there are no facilities in the resort even though it’s a bit secluded. spa was not great. breakfast choice is limited. restaurant choice for room service is also limited
there are no activities in the resort.
so the price was too expensive for what they can offer

View to the jungle. Friendly staff.
No heating system for the private pools so the water was cold.
My villa was a bit too dark even with all lights on. More Water could be provided on daily basis without having to ask every time since Bali tab Water is not safe to drink.
The conservatory door got locked behind me when went outside to use the pool and luckily my partner was still inside and opened the door for me.
