I have only good things to say about this hotel. The property is amazing. It’s clean, beautifully located, well kept. Villa (luxury with pool) was beautiful. Location with great valley view from both villa and reception. Breakfast with fresh ingredients, perfect amount of options, and possibility to have it served in the room, which we had many of our days there. It was the perfect place for a relaxing stay, and easy to get around by car (Grab or arranged seamlessly and cheap by the hotel).
What was the true highlight of this hotel was the personnel and how they went above and beyond to help us make the stay amazing. From the late night welcome (where they had prepared sandwiches for us cause they thought we might be hungry), to the reception in general, restaurant, housekeeping, gardening, you name it. Easy communication through WhatsApp for meals, requests etc. I hope we get the chance to come back one day.
