Location, Balinese architecture and decor, garden. All are very beautiful.
1. Need a proper cabinet for hanging clothes
2. A dinner for 2 persons took such long long time to prepare. We have to wait 45+ mins to bring the food. Need to improve.

Puri Kantor Legacy exceeded all my expectations. The rooms are beautifully appointed with high-quality furnishings and kept perfectly clean—a rare find. The staff are incredibly warm and attentive; they made my birthday so special with a surprise celebration and even gave me a small commemorative memento at departure. The experience of staying in such a refined, regal palace was truly precious, and the value is outstanding. It was a stay I will always treasure.

The tranquil environment and how peaceful it was considering you’re in middle of ubud. The welcoming ritual was excellent. The architecture was much better than the ubud palace across the road.

Puri Kantor is a beautiful hotel right in the heart of ubud. A calm oasis in a very frantic city centre. Great welcome and very hospitable staff
The rooms /facilities are dated, and i didn't feel it was value for money.
